Exceptional place away from the noise tumult a haven of peace to drink tea or eat pastries Thank you Youness for this beautiful visit and sharing of your heritage
Pleasant small museum - mainly pictures and videos about Moroccan food. Entrance is 80 Dirham, but that includes a coffee or tea and some small pastries in their very pleasant tea room. We also had a good lunch there.
We were received by Younes apologies for the spelling of his first name, he guided us well, we made purchases at the shop, and lunch also, delicious,
The 2 young people at reception made us very welcome with tea and we had a wonderful time. Above all, we learned a lot about Moroccan cuisine and its hospitality. Very beautiful courtyard where there are almost no people compared to the other palaces and museums and tasting of delicious Moroccan salads.
Visit to the museum without any explanations and concrete information on the objects exhibited. The screens did not work. The visit took place in the presence of the cleaning staff. Concerning the visit + tasting package, strongly not recommended, because it is of no interest, bland and tasteless.
This was a great class.. very well organized and informative... professional grade kitchen, designed for teaching; good support from staff; instructions were clear; and the meals we prepared were excellent. One of the best experiences of our trip and some of the best food we had in Morocco. Be careful not to pay for the class through a third party; they only accept direct payment.
Very beautiful and informative museum On the other hand the deplorable bland tasting. The worst culinary experience in Marrakech... is a delight!!!!
Beautiful place near the Bahia Palace. This little gem perfectly represents all Moroccan culinary art. Excellent explanations by tables giving all the secrets of food and spices; Beautiful terrace where you can eat Definitely worth a visit
The museum and cooking class were a highlight of our Marrakech vacation. We visited the museum as a couple with our 12 year old granddaughter. My granddaughter and I both attended the cooking class. The museum is located almost immediately next to the Bahia Palace, so be sure to include a visit to the Morroccan Culinary Arts Museum. The architecture of the building alone is absolutely worth seeing and the inner courtyard of the palace is beautiful. You can also sit there and have tea or just enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The museum is very interesting and modern. The design conveys knowledge about spices and Moroccan cuisine in an appealing way. The concept is well thought out and the presentation is really great! For those interested in cooking, there is a cooking course in English or French twice a day. The kitchen is modern, very clean and has a Moroccan flair despite the professional equipment. The cook works at a cooking station. Parallel to the preparation by the chef, you can see the cooking steps via live video on the screen. Here you will find high tech next to tradition. Since there were only two of us, this cooking course was a very special experience. Everything was explained and shown in detail. In addition to the friendliness and patience we were shown, we also really liked the fact that we were served our delicious Moroccan menu on the roof terrace at the end. We really enjoyed this visit to the museum, the cooking class and the food. Special praise goes to the staff of this museum. Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. A visit that is definitely worth it! Recommended for the whole family!
the pleasure is ours.
