Lezione di cucina numero 1 in Austria su Airbnb! Condivido con voi le ricette della mia famiglia - cibo che viene cucinato e mangiato nella mia famiglia austriaca da molte generazioni! Stiamo preparando Schnitzel tradizionale e Strudel di mele (e altro ancora!) da zero. Sarò felice di adattare la classe per i partecipanti vegetariani o intolleranti al glutine. (vegan non è possibile)

Absolutely loved this class, friendly atmosphere, welcoming environment, beautiful dishes. We were given a printed recipe booklet before the class started, can’t wait to go home and cook more
Very homey atmosphere with someone passionate about her family and heritage. An amazing meal was prepared and enjoyed.
We had a terrific time learning to cook Lena’s traditional Austrian favorites passed down for generations from her grandmother’s. Lena was an excellent hostess with easy directions and lots of hands on. The food was fantastic and we made several new friends around the family table. We feasted on schnitzel, soup, salad and strudel all made during our class. We would absolutely recommend this class!! Thank you Lena, and friends, for a wonderful time!
Very positive experience on a human and organizational level: the teacher/host is friendly and helpful, the environment is nice, and the prepared dishes turned out well. The only limitation is the price: if it were more in line with what is offered, it would be a full 5-star experience. Recommended, but consider the budget before booking. Stars: 4/5
From the moment I walked in, Lena made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The time was well spent and her instruction complete. The food was delicious and I'd highly recommend. There was another couple and a family with 3 children ages approximately 9-13. Everyone enjoyed our time together and eating family style all the food we prepared. It was more than just schnitzel and strudel!
It was a lot of fun to do with friends :) Very comfortable and lovely experience at the teacher’s home, she taught us some recipes that belong to her grandmother, and we had a little booklet to take away too!
Lena was darling and a great host! Yummy authentic Austrian food . She shared great tips and this was a lot of fun!
My husband and I were traveling with our son and his college friend for Spring Break in Vienna. They requested a cooking class of classic Austrian cuisine. The young men had a fabulous lesson of preparing a whole delicious meal. We had fun making this lunch together and we treasure the authentic recipes we took away. The young men are looking forward to sharing these experiences and their new skills to impress friends and family.
My sister and I had an amazing time. Great for both beginner and experienced bakers/cooks. Our host was lovely, I highly recommend attending.
Lena’s class is thoughtful and organized. We made soup, two salads, schnitzel and two types of strudel. All were delicious! I will take the skills I learned from the class and use at home. Loved it and cannot recommend enough!
