Itinerario
La nostra prima tappa sono i fenicotteri nella laguna di Walvis Bay, impariamo a conoscerli, perché sono rosa e il loro habitat, poi passiamo davanti alle enormi saline e vediamo i laghi salati rosa. Più avanti nella Lagune, che è un sito Ramsar, vediamo numerosi trampolieri e uccelli marini paleartici. Il percorso ci porta lungo la riva, oltre dune battute dal vento, foche e sciacalli dalla schiena nera e aspre saline fino al punto in cui le dune incontrano l'oceano. .
Il percorso lungo la costa ci porta oltre dune spazzate dal vento, sciacalli dalla schiena nera, foche e una serie di uccelli marini. Vediamo saline e vasti spazi aperti, spesso senza nessuno in vista, e la fascia dunale che si avvicina sempre di più, fino a incontrare il mare. L'ingresso nel porto di Sandwich è spesso difficile e dipende dalla marea, è unico, è bellissimo. Dune imponenti a sinistra, mare a destra. Un giro sulle montagne russe ci porta fino alle alte dune e allo spettacolare punto panoramico. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassata, è maestosa e vasta. Poi faremo un esilarante giro sulle dune e un safari, alla ricerca di ciò che la vita ha da mostrare nel deserto, dalla piccola lucertola dal naso a pala, che danza sulle calde dune, all'orice sempre indurito che lotta per sopravvivere a queste dure condizioni. Lungo le saline si ritorna sulla riva fino alla baia di Walvis
Purtroppo il nostro emozionante tour termina a Walvis Bay e ti riportiamo dove ti siamo venuti a prendere, alla guest house o al porto come concordato. Questo sarà uno dei tour più memorabili a cui potrai partecipare. Sentiamo costantemente "Sandwich Harbour è il posto più bello che abbia mai visto" o "questo è stato uno dei miei migliori tour di sempre". Vieni a vedere di persona. Sandwich Harbour è sicuramente un punto culminante della Namibia. Abbiamo bisogno di almeno 2 persone per iniziare il tour.

Raccogliamo tutti gli ospiti al loro Alloggio, nella baia di Walvis e lungo la costa a Swakopmund . Partiamo prima a Swakopmund e poi Walvisbay circa 40 minuti dopo. Walvis Bay Harbour / Porto per gli ospiti della nave da crociera e Walvis Bay Airport Gli ospiti della nave da crociera vengono accolti al porto, al momento dell'attracco, con un cartello nominativo. - Si prega di notare che le guide tedesche sono limitate e non abbiamo la capacità di dare a tutti una guida tedesca, Queste saranno assegnate in base al primo arrivato primo servito. Si prega di notare che non possiamo garantire una guida tedesca in ogni tour!!
- Se i tempi di ormeggio del Cruise Liner dovessero cambiare saremo ancora in attesa per voi se il Porto
- Idealmente vogliamo lasciare il porto il prima possibile. Si prega di sbarcare per rispettare l'orario di partenza della prenotazione in modo da non sostenere altri ospiti nel veicolo con voi
- Privato può essere organizzato. Purtroppo, gli altri posti a sedere nel veicolo devono essere pagati, quindi un minimo di 4 pax deve essere pagato. Vi preghiamo di contattarci direttamente o per posta. Grazie.

Wow! So much praise for the company and especially for Leclue, our guide. He was super enthusiastic and always slipped in a joke here and there between explaining nature. We went with Leclue and another Taiwanese couple who were quite upset because they had booked a different time, but since the day was full of unexpected events, they ended up going with us. They waited almost 3 hours to start the tour, and Leclue, I believe, managed to change their review from bad to at least so-so. From our side, everything was perfect. We absolutely loved Leclue. Please always stay so enthusiastic, with jokes and explanations of everything. The view for the sundowner is just perfect! We also had a “feeling” of no gravity fun with him on the dunes! All perfect. Also thanks for the awesome Taiwanese couple! Hope we may see each other again!

Cool experience but too expensive. But our guide Jonny was great and we felt very comfortable although the route was very challenging.

Our experience was better than expected. We were a catalan family of 4 members ((two adults and two children), and we spent a fantastic half day. Our driver, Volker, was the best we can got. We learnt a lot about Namibia, its history and its people. We felt safe with Volkwr driving and we got a fantastic views. I want also give a great review of the lunch. I strongly recommend rhe experience.

We had an incredible experience with Riian on our 4x4 tour from Swakopmund to Sandwich Harbour. From the very beginning, we felt completely safe and in great hands. Riian was an excellent guide: friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, always happy to explain the ecosystem, wildlife and history of the area. The whole day was full of different experiences, from seeing the flamingos in the lagoon and learning about the salt works to the unforgettable drive between the ocean and the dunes of Sandwich Harbour. The scenary was spectacular and the 4x4 experience itself was one of the highlights of our trip in Namibia. We had a lot of fun throughout the day, and Riian’s personality made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A really fun half day trip, incredible landscape and impressive 4 wheel snas dune driving. Thank you Gerhard for looking after us so well and all your explanations. It's an expensive trip because of the National Park admission fee but it's worth it. Some nice food and drinks provided on the beach on the way back.

Wow! What an experience. We signed up a few days before, not knowing what to expect, and not understanding the epicness of what was about to happen. We got picked up on what we thought was a normal clear and calm day. Our driver, Ferdie, was non-chalantly the best driver in Namibia. You'd never have known it until he started crushing the dunes - he told us stories, and a was a great host as we drifted along the sand - the Atlantic Ocean on one side, towering dunes on the other - and an almost total absence of fog and wind. When we learned the next day that fog and wind are common - we realized even more how lucky we had been. And now, at home, going back through our experiences from this trip - it's unbelievable to me what was experienced here. You must do this tour if you're visiting, and don't reuqest to hire Ferdie - he's the oldest driver, but also the best. Thank you so much for this special experience you created for my wife and I.
