Il tour inizia a Baščaršija, dove incontrerai la tua guida e ritirerai le biciclette e i caschi. Partendo dal centro storico, l'architettura di questa parte della città risale al periodo ottomano, poi incontrerai edifici in stile austro-ungarico, dopodiché vedrai molti edifici del periodo socialista jugoslavo. La differenza tra questi tre stili predominanti è chiaramente visibile e notevole mentre la superi. Quindi raggiungeremo Vrelo Bosne, la sorgente del fiume Bosna. È un bellissimo parco che ha molte sorgenti del fiume Bosna, così come un paio di cascate, situate ai piedi del monte Igman. Dopo esserci riposati, ci dirigeremo verso il Tunnel della Speranza dove potrai vedere le sezioni del tunnel ancora rimanenti, così come il museo dedicato all'importanza del tunnel durante l'assedio di Sarajevo.

Sebilj è una famosa fontana in legno situata nel cuore della Baščaršija di Sarajevo. Costruito nel XVIII secolo, è un simbolo iconico della città, noto per la sua bellissima architettura ottomana. Sebilj è un popolare luogo di incontro e un luogo di relax, circondato da strade acciottolate, negozi e caffè. Vijećnica, il municipio di Sarajevo, è uno splendido esempio di architettura moresca del Revival, costruito nel 1894. Originariamente un municipio, in seguito ospitò la Biblioteca Nazionale. La Cattedrale del Sacro Cuore di Sarajevo, costruita alla fine del XIX secolo, è la più grande cattedrale della Bosnia ed Erzegovina. Il suo stile neogotico e il suo significato storico ne fanno un simbolo chiave della città.
Il Palazzo del Parlamento di Sarajevo, costruito nel 1982, è una struttura modernista progettata dall'architetto Juraj Neidhardt. Ospita l'Assemblea parlamentare della Bosnia ed Erzegovina. In particolare, l'edificio è stato gravemente danneggiato durante l'assedio di Sarajevo negli anni '90, ma da allora è stato restaurato.

We had a fantastic time on this tour. We saw many sights in the city center and made our way all the way to the tunnel of hope. It was really fun to see so much in one tour! Bikes were in great condition and perfect for navigating uneven paths and roads. Our guide was fantastic and kind. He explained a lot of history and showed us many sights, and we learned a lot by visiting the tunnel of hope with him. He also went out of his way to recommend several places to eat, including one near our hotel. It really helped make our visit more relaxed and enjoyable to have this tour on our first day. Highly recommend!
Mustafa was a great tour guide! He took his time to show us the city highlights + went off the tourist path to show us some other must-see places. Covering the city by bike means you get to see way more than a walking tour. Everything was well organized, and the bikes were perfect!

Excellent Tour! We had Mirza as our guide and he was superb! 5 stars for him, topman! The cycle was just over 25 miles so you cover a fair distance, which suited us! Entrance to the tunnels are included and must see! Plenty of history along the way.
