San Jose del Cabo Tacos e tour gastronomico

This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in such a tour. Hector "the Connector" was a fantastic tour guide and took us to some locations we would have never have thought to explore or felt comfortable to explore on our own. Everyone was extremely welcoming of us and we got to try to some fantastic and very authentic food. Our only disappointments were that instead of going to a chocolate store that was apparently closed on the day we were touring, we were taken to a jewelry store. The store was lovely, but not really in the scope of the tour we'd been expecting. But truly, all in all, a fantastic tour! And informative! Hector had lots of great info about the region and history.

Guide Alan was knowledgeable and funny. Tour was a perfect intro to San Jose del Cabo for tacos, local drinks, and desserts.

Hector gave us an absolutely fantastic food tour in San José del Cabo! From start to finish, he was authentic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the local culture and cuisine. He took his time with us and made sure every stop was perfect, explaining the history behind the food and introducing us to places we never would have found on our own. The food was absolutely fabulous at every location, and each tasting felt carefully chosen to showcase the best of San José. Hector’s attention to detail, warm personality, and love for his city made the experience truly special. If you’re visiting Cabo, don’t miss this tour. You simply won’t discover these incredible hidden gems without Hector. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend it!

COMPA ALAN! Absolutely phenomenal time exploring Cabo San Jose with our guide. Food was better than everything we’ve had all trip and the ambiance was phenomenal too at all locations. It’s sooooo worth it to go on a tour with locals to get a better idea of what’s worth your money and what’s overpriced tourist traps.

This was a fantastic tour that took you to little hole in the wall places for tacos. Alan was a fantastic guide. We got amazing tacos, chocolate and tequila with a perfect history lesson of the area and the food. Loved seeing the market and how the locals shop. Totally recommend this tour.

We were on 3 Juan More Taco tours in Cabo San Lucas in previous years so we were looking forward to the San Jose tour. It was a fascinating and delicious experience, quite different gastronomically due to the emphasis on meat fillings. Our guide, Hector “The Connector”, was very knowledgeable about the various foods and the regions of Mexico from which they sourced. Hector is a man who is very knowledgeable, very proud of his country, its traditions, and its people. We consider him a friend and look forward to our next meeting.

Hector “the connector” gave a great tour. Lots of history and culture. Took us in search of food with flavors. All the places we went were excellent.

Hector was very sweet and attentive. In addition to the delicious food, he gave us some history of the area and also information on several plants and trees. It was very private - just 3 of us. The food was the best part.
