Tutti i visitatori devono passare attraverso la sicurezza che avrà un tempo di attesa di 10 - 15min. Si informa che a partire dal 1° ottobre, Quinta da Regaleira chiuderà alle 18:30, di conseguenza, i clienti che prenotano l'ultima fascia oraria potrebbero avere orari ridotti per godersi appieno la loro visita. Si consiglia gentilmente di pianificare di conseguenza per sfruttare al meglio la vostra esperienza. Tutti gli ospiti sono obbligati a rimanere in fila per i controlli di sicurezza. Questo è obbligatorio per tutti anche se si dispone di biglietti.

A very unique place to visit, so rich in History, so worth the trip. I would go back, without a doubt.
Receiving tickets and entering with the employee earlier. Extra paid for guide through the park. Fine!
Great and informative tour . The guide was good fun and very knowledgeable. The palace is fantastic - a must see . We hadn’t realised our price didn’t include the entire tour but were happy to continue.
The guide was very helpful, explaining everything in detail and was also very friendly. The place is full of mysteries, and for a curious person like me, who loves mysteries, it was a wonderful experience

Horrible experience. The instruction provided did not specify a meeting location. I messaged activity provider via Viator which is where I booked the activity and received no response. Instead, the host called me on my Google voice number 6 times without leaving a message. So we had to go the entrance thinking maybe tickets are exchanged at the office, only to find out we did have to meet somewhere else. When we finally found the host, he was yelling at me and cutting me off when I tried to explain I did try to reach out via my booking app. The rudest guide you can ever imagine. He then only scanned the tickets for us and send me 10 audio guide without numbers and left. If scanning tickets is all he does I don’t understand why it can’t be just sent to me via message or email. Oh btw he also told me waiting for me for 30 minutes was a waste of his time and ruined his entire morning. Viola, if you want to pay to get yelled at, this would be the place to go
