It was very good. Definitely do the skip the line anytime that it is available. Our tour guy did a great job. I enjoy the fact that we have plenty of time to walk around to look at things ourselves as well.
The tour operator cancelled. Simply did not show. Our ticket just changed to cancelled in TripAdvisor. Operator would not respond to calls or text. Do not book!
Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy this museum because the ticket broker did not show up. Other groups with the same voucher received texts that their reservation was delayed. We did.not. We called the number provided by Viator and after multiple attempts they said the museum cancelled our reservation. However, the brokers with other agencies were having no issues honoring their reservations. This company just didn’t show up. We were then told that we could get tickets at 3 or 5, but our cruise ship shuttle departed at 3:15. Which was why we reserved tickets for 12:00 noon. We had to change our plans, which led to us also missing Ufizzi. We thought we were being smart making arrangements through Viator, but the Viator commitment is only as good as the brokers they use..
I arrived 15 minutes early. I paid for skip the line at 11:00am. The tour guide was running behind and put us on the regular line at 11:15am. Not worth the money spent.
This is a good option if you want to just skip the line and explore the museum on your own. The host was easy to find but I wouldn’t say we were escorted in. After we received our tickets we had to figure out on our own what line to stand in and wasted some time asking around (it was a very hot day). Overall it was a good purchase. We just could have used a bit better communication.
Once I figured it out it was great. I do have to say I was very early but the person was there and I was able to get my tickets. Then go about my day until the time of our reservation for the Accademia Museum. We waited on line for probably 5 minutes tops. It June high season so this was great! BTW when picking up the tickets my daughter saw a friend from school who was waiting on the regular line outside the museum they didn’t budge the whole time we were picking up our tickets they must of gave up because we saw them a little while later sitting and having something to eat. They were planning to go back the next day after buying skip the line tickets too.
meet up spot was just randomly in the street next to the museum. you probably could just purchase official tickets for cheaper without needing this since the lines weren't really that long anyways. we went in the evening. pretty small museum but worth it to see the david statue

Good ticket option for front of the line access. But still a significant wait for entry. No tour guide included.
Worst experience ever!!! No one from the company showed up at the meeting point, we and the rest of the group did not receive any tickets from this tour company. Instead we received tickets from a guy with tickets who heard about our situation and had enough ticket for half of the group.
