Our tour started 1,5 hours later than agreed. Had to significantly change our plans because of this.

We had to arrive 15 minutes before the official start. However, the guide was 30 minutes late. So we didn't head towards the Vatican until 45 minutes after our arrival.

Very efficient access to the Vatican. The tour itself was terrible, just moving cattle through rooms but that wasn't the tour operator's fault.

Schedule was delayed. Group increased to more than 20 people. Poor deliverance. Tour guide inefficient, could not hear well.

Our tour guide, Monica, was knowledgeable and friendly. We quickly bypassed long lines and entered the Vatican right away. Monica kept our group together and took us through all the best parts of the Vatican. A truly wonderful experience and was chosen as the best part of our Italian vacation by our entire family.

We were asked to leave the tour because my husband is a little slower than most. He would have been able to keep up if given the chance. Extremely discriminatory! I would like my money back!!
your husband was partially paralysed why you wrote little slow i dont know and before you book you should know group tour is not disabled person it was not our fault
We had booked a 1:30pm tour and got a message the day before that it had been cancelled and we could reschedule for 3:20... which we did. It was so crowded, packed in like sardines for the full time... the tour guide rushed us through so fast that you literally couldn't appreciate any part of the tour, our focus was only on not getting left behind as not only our tour guide was going so fast, but also guides from other groups were also rushing through so you had tours crossing each other, it was 3 hours of madness. Would not recommend
