Poor and contradicting instructions on where to find the group (we ended up touring alone). Different time on our confirmation email to our ticket so we had to wait around for an hour. Messy and disorganized experience overall- super stressful just to get inside the museum

Tickets were sent on WhatsApp. I screenshot our tickets, they scanned them and we walked right in but he on time!!!! And by on time I mean like 20min early and stand in line. They will not let you in if you’re late.

We did skip the line but we didn’t get a guided tour, which was a big mistake. I walked aimlessly, not knowing what I was looking at . But at the end, I realized you could get for 8 euros a headset to guide you through the tour. Not sure if I saw everything I was supposed. A guided tour would have been better. But skip the line is a must do.. We were in on our recommended time and had no problem.. We talked to other people on our trip and they waited at 4 to 5 hours to get in the gates without skip the line..

Changed our booking time to 3:30pm with 0 notice. Initially our booking was at 9am and they notified us at 9:05am. The tickets did work which is why they didn’t get 1 star, however changing times and refusing a refund is not good enough.
