This self-guided tour was awesome. You can read whatever interests you and take as long as you need really taking in the history of Castel Sant’Angelo. RomaQuest was great with instructions and communication. We got in super easily with the tickets provided. It’s super cool to walk through the entire place, all the way up to the roof where you can see the Angel statue built where Saint Michael the Archangel appeared in the past. Bonus points for the little cafe on the upper level where you can see a gorgeous view of St Peter’s Basilica while you have delicious coffee and sandwiches, pizza, or pastries. Awesome AWESOME experience today!
Very poor experience. Never got an email with tickets so we could not get in and the meeting point was under construction. Had to buy more tickets in the end.

It was a very good experience. 10/10 recommended especially in summertime its good to get the priority ticket
Never receive tickets. Moreover this ticket was useless because the day we visited was free and did not allow skip the line on free days. So do not recommend. Also had to pay for the audio tour if we at least had that included wouldn’t have a total waste of money.
It’s beautiful but can be busy! Book ahead! Texted tickets do not to have to stand in line which made it easy
The views of Rome from here are incredible! We also really enjoyed getting to skip the line and enter right away with our digital tickets.
We went here right after the Vatican tour which was perfect. It is maybe a 5 minute walk. We went right into the castle. There are several rooms with the history of the building, and many scenic views.
So easy and really cut the line. Not a gimmick. The tour very communicative and they connect to us personally too. They are the only one that able to have tickets for last minute. Amazing!
The provider was nice we've recieved tickets on time. I recommend it. The instructions was so clear and provider was so nice. I've been there with my family everything went so smooth
