The best experience in Bulgaria! it saved us from this boring city sunny beach. The owner is awesome man really!! Even when he wanted to cancel the trip Because of the bad weather, we told him that this is our last day here, and he agree and took us private to the lakes!! Best day
A truly incredible experience. Our guide Jason was so helpful and informative. He led us through the whole process brilliantly. Cannot recommend enough!!!
It is nice to see and feel that. But I recommending just go with a bicycle or taksi here, because it is not worth to spend money. The entrence fee just for basic people 5€. So you do not book here or from other organizaters.
Really good fun! Guide is lovely and accommodating. Mud and salt baths themselves something different to do but you feel great after it. Would recommend
This was our number one coolest thing we did in Bulgaria! Bring a few euros for the shower afterwards, and you can purchase skincare products there.
Absolutely great morning out. We were sent information the evening prior, our mini bus arrived on time and we were greeted by our guide who translated into a couple of languages for the group. He ensured we understood what to do in each part, took us to quieter locations away from the crowds, took plenty of photos for us all - and to top it off my skin feels incredible! Would happily use this company again for other excursions ☺️
Very good idea to make something about the health
Not worth it. Entery fee here if you come yourself 5€. Had trash in some pods and even death bird in one of it. Not going back in future... Additional charges for using dressing room and shower to clean of the dirt and salt... Workers should check pods constantly!

However, the Guest Experiences excursion is not simply an entrance ticket. The price includes hotel pick-up, organized transportation, a professional driver, guide service during the trip, assistance from a guide inside the Salt Lake area, and free photographs from the experience, which are later provided through a Google Drive link. Guests also have the possibility to leave their personal belongings safely in the vehicle while visiting the lakes. The changing cabins at the Salt Lakes are completely free of charge. The shower facilities are available for an additional fee, and this is clearly mentioned in the excursion information before booking. Of course, everyone is welcome to visit the Pink Lakes and Salt Lakes independently by renting a car or taking a taxi. Our excursion is designed for guests who prefer the convenience of organized transport, guidance, assistance, and additional services without having to arrange the journey themselves. Regarding the cleanliness of some of the pools and the unfortunate sight you mentioned, we understand your concern. The maintenance of the Salt Lake area itself is managed by the local facility and is outside our direct control, but feedback like this is important and should certainly be taken seriously by the operators. Unfortunately very disappointed. We had a double booking and logically canceled one of them. Since the local provider did not update their system and did not compare booking numbers, they simply assumed that we no longer had a booking. When I then called, Jason had nothing better to do than to first shift the blame onto us and TripAdvisor. No apology. Then he offered to do the tour with us in his private vehicle. When he finally arrived, I had concerns about the size of the car. Our family is very tall. Regardless, there was once again no apology from him, just the same accusations against everyone else. Then he most likely felt insulted because I questioned the size of the car. Then he said he didn't feel like driving with us anymore anyway, and that was that. After another phone call with TripAdvisor and the news that there was no other provider for the day, we planned the tour ourselves. We rented a car for 60€, drove there ourselves, and paid 5€ admission per person. Parking was free. After that, we each had to pay 2€ for showers and the toilet, but all in all, the costs for 4 people were 88€ (almost half the price). The best part—we spent 4h there in peace and comfort. The tour would have only been 2h including the round trip. So—Jason did us a favor with his unfriendliness. Our recommendation—plan it yourself and drive there.

We received your phone call at approximately 09:45, and by around 09:50 a driver was already in front of your hotel. Because we wanted to resolve the situation immediately, we offered to provide the excursion privately for your family at no additional cost. When the vehicle arrived, you expressed concerns that it would not be suitable for four adults. The driver explained that the vehicle is designed for up to six passengers plus the driver, but we completely understood your concern and apologized for the inconvenience. We also offered to look for a larger vehicle. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly tense. Despite several attempts to find a solution and our final offer to operate the excursion privately, the communication remained very difficult. At that point, the driver decided that it would not be appropriate to continue the excursion under those circumstances. We are sincerely sorry that the situation reached this point. It is never our intention for a guest to feel disappointed, and we certainly acknowledge that the booking-system issue should not have happened. At the same time, we would respectfully point out that you did not actually participate in the Salt Lakes and Mud Baths Excursion offered by our company. Your later visit was organized independently with a rental car and therefore represents a different experience from our excursion, which includes organized transportation and service. We are glad that you were nevertheless able to visit the Salt Lakes and enjoy your day there. We only wish that the communication that morning had developed differently, as our intention from the moment we received your call was to find an immediate solution and make sure your family could still enjoy the excursion.
