Insegnato da uno chef appassionato e amichevole, insieme prepareremo le fettuccine fatte a mano, una salsa di pomodoro ispirata a Dolce & Gabbana, così come il gelato, utilizzando ingredienti freschi di stagione e strumenti che molti hanno già nella loro cucina. La lezione include antipasti, fantastico vino/birra, acqua e bibite analcoliche. E ovviamente mangerai tutto ciò che prepari! La lezione è per tutte le età e per chiunque, dal principiante al cuoco esperto. Porterai a casa le tue nuove conoscenze e stupirai i tuoi ospiti con la pasta fatta in casa e li delizierai con il tuo gelato fatto in casa.. Non devi dirgli quanto è facile!

Great class! We had 3 kids with us and they involved them a lot. This class was one of the kids favorite parts of the trip. Definitely recommend!
We had a great time! Our teacher answered all our questions about food, Italy, culture and was very knowledgeable and fun! We had so much fun and learned a lot! The food was delicious and we felt encouraged that we can replicate it at home. The teacher did a great job teaching and giving us a fun and relaxing experience!
Excellent experience! Carlos's passion for cooking, food, and knowledge of the quality and regional ingredients selected makes this a special experience. Adapted recipes for summer with a suprise lemon zest with our pasta and fresh strawberry sorbet/versus gelato. Perfect for the heat of summer. The brushetta and cheese tasting, again with local quality ingredients, olive oil, cheeses. Carlos had the energy and fun personality to handle a kitchen of 6 ladies, instructed techniques, and entertaining. Beautiful venue. Supplied everything needed and drinks. Full meal out of the experience.

This was the perfect ending to our European trip. My kids enjoyed the whole experience and loved eating their pasta and gelato in the end. I wish there was something like this back home. We had a great instructor who was very informative and friendly...and patient.
A group of friends were visiting Italy recently. While in Rome 5 of us decided to enjoy a pasta and gelato cooking class. We booked this trip. Our expectations were blown away. What a great class! Can't wait to get home to amaze our family with our new cooking skills. Massimo and Peter kept us informed and entertained. We highly recommend this adventure.

Highly recommend the Super Fun Pasta and Gelato Class! The class was well organized, the instructions were easy to follow, and the pasta and gelato were surprisingly simple to make. The highlight of the experience was Mersad. He was fun, knowledgeable, kind, and kept everyone engaged throughout the class. His energy and personality made the experience even more enjoyable. We learned a lot, had a great time, and left knowing how to make delicious food and wonderful memories!
Basic cooking but good experience to help understand the region and culture. Food tasted excellent and the teacher was very helpful with our teenager. He made sure he understood the process.
