Mentre Saigon è la più grande città dinamica del nostro paese, puoi trovare facilmente tutti gli alimenti speciali se sai esattamente dove si trova. La gente del posto crede che il cibo più delizioso sia originariamente servito da venditori ambulanti o piccoli ristoranti locali, ma non da ristoranti di lusso con menù pigro.

Avremo circa 4 fermate diverse per molti piatti di strada, attraverseremo 5 distretti per visitare la città e esploreremo di più in luoghi nascosti che non compaiono nella tua guida. Il nostro menu è abbastanza flessibile a causa delle vostre aspettative speciali, interessi personali o allergie alimentari. Questo è il nostro normale menu Saigon street food tour: Insalata mista di carta di riso e succo tropicale o succo di cocco. Manzo alla griglia avvolto in foglie di betel con birra vietnamita. Tre zuppe tipiche di noodle che sono originali dal Nord - Centro - Sud del Vietnam o Banh Xeo (la frittella salata fritta vietnamita). Buffet di lumache e frutti di mare locali. Dolce.

We did a foodie tour with Tim, a local boy who was friendly, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. His spoken English was excellent. He took us to places that we would never have dreamed of finding on our own. He described the food and ingredients with fascinating detail. None of the street food we tried can we find in Australia. All freshly made on the spot and super delicious. Felt like a local for a brief moment in time. Would not hesitate to do the tour again with Tim. The private tour was booked through the hotel we were staying.
We had a fantastic afternoon with Hao. We had 2 families on the tour, and he went out of his way to make sure every one of us enjoyed ourselves. It was such a great way to experience Saigon and so glad we did it. Hao had lots of really interesting information to share, and the way he did it with humour and energy was brilliant!
