Questa intera giornata trascorsa in un'avventura fuoristrada 4x4 nel Christoffel National Park lascerà l'intera famiglia con ricordi indimenticabili del Curacao. Questo è un tour safari, tuttavia, mentre visiti la città sulla strada per la prima fermata, ottieni molte informazioni storiche e generali sull'isola di Curacao.
Iniziamo quindi il tour con una gita turistica alle saline di Plantation 'Jan Kok' e Assecion, dove abbiamo un grande cambiamento per vedere i fenicotteri e dove si otterranno molte informazioni sulla storia e la natura delle isole di questa zona. Continuiamo poi per Boca Patrick sulla riva nord con geologia molto interessante, baie e bocchette. Ci fermiamo in alcuni punti sorprendenti per qualche bella foto.
Passando il famoso cartello WillyWOOD a St Willibrordus con una splendida vista la sua bella chiesa.
Visti LA RIVA DEL NORD. Nei pressi del villaggio di Barber andremo in fuoristrada (leggero) per visitare Boca Patrick presso l'impressionante e accidentata riva settentrionale dell'isola. Grandi onde, formazioni rocciose coralline, tonnellate di vento e splendidi panorami rendono questo un sito bellissimo e interessante da visitare ed esplorare.
Dopo aver gustato un pranzo (pasti non inclusi), continueremo il giro turistico e poi entreremo nel parco principale. Il Parco Nazionale Christoffel è una combinazione di natura meravigliosa e meravigliosi siti storici risalenti all'epoca della tratta degli schiavi e di enormi piantagioni di schiavi. Attraverseremo anche un'area fuoristrada piena di orchidee, rapaci e talvolta anche cervi. Altri punti salienti del tour sono alcune viste meravigliose, alcune delle quali a più di 1000 piedi sopra il livello del mare.
Abbiamo un permesso speciale per visitare "The Orchid Trail" all'interno del Christoffel Nation Park. (Orchidea che fiorisce in più periodi dell'anno).

Mike was a great guide, we learned so much!! Sad that we only learned about him and this touring company so late into our vacation, as the experience w him was miles ( or should i say Kilometers) better than any other tours we have done!! He has so much knowledge, passion and obviously loves this island very much!

The guide, Allen, is excellent. He is friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The road may be a bit bumpy but the scenery makes it up. You will know a lot more of the island after this tour. Highly recommended!

GREAT DAY over all ... Terrance our tour guide was great and VERY knowledgeable. Went to a number of locations .. a couple of them were rough rides but knew that ahead of time so not to disturb their eco system .. worth the rugged ride for the INCREDIBLE views and videos once we got to where we were going. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

We saw a lot, flamingos in the salt pans, beautiful viewpoints and the national park. Picked up on time at our hotel in Jan Thiel. Mike is a super guide, a lot of knowledge that he shares with dedication. Lunch at your own expense, great choices. All in all highly recommended.

A helpful and very friendly guide who knows the interesting places to see. The Jeep allows you to go off the beaten track and get to beautiful viewpoints. I think it's the only ride that doesn't just take us to the beach.

Curacao is colourful and lively, and then there is history and nature. This became a 7hr trip (island time) on- and off-road in a small group of 7. we saw flamingos, learned abour the sad slavery history and how it developed into independence. Impressive rough North Coast where the sea hits the coral reefs, blowholes and Sint Christoffel National Park. Soo interesting, the tour showed me a part of Curacao I did not expect. Perfect for nature lovers!
