Dear David, First of all we are really sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced, please note that the location / hotel name you gave us in booking it was incorrect and we replied you in email to re confirm booking and provide us correct location for pick up , but we did not heard back from your side and we did did not received re confirmation email till 25 May 2021 night, and we thought that booking has been cancelled because we didn't heard back from you, again we are apologising for inconvenience. I have also screenshot of emails which I sent to you, if you want I can provide you, and we received your email confirmation, calls and messages during midnight after 12 am for the same day morning 4.15 am tour activity.
