Dopo un prelievo dal tuo hotel nel centro di Dubai, rilassati in un veicolo 4x4 con aria condizionata mentre ti dirigi nel deserto per Dune Bashing. Ammira le viste sul paesaggio arido ma incantevole lungo la strada e ascolta i racconti della tua guida sulla regione e la sua affascinante geologia.

Excellent desert safari experience! Everything was well organized, the driver was friendly and professional, and all the activities were fun. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
It was a very nice experience. However, the pricing for the quad biking and the other rides were a bit expensive.
Our desert safari was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip! The entire experience was well organized by Ms. Sana and the pickup and drop-off were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this desert safari to anyone visiting Dubai. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would definitely book with them again!

I would like to warn others to be very careful before booking any activities or packages through this company. They operate from different locations in Dubai. I booked some activities through a representative named Malik, who was located in front of the Gevora Hotel reception. He promised that everything would be arranged and handled properly. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After taking my payment, the company failed to provide the tickets they promised. I have contacted them multiple times by phone and email, but they have neither resolved the issue nor refunded my money. I feel that I have been misled and treated unfairly. Despite repeated attempts to reach a solution, they continue to ignore my requests for a refund. I have kept all emails, messages, and other evidence related to this matter. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider reporting it to the authorities for investigation, as the company does not appear to be taking my complaint seriously. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before making any bookings with this company.

On the day of your trip, the vessel was unable to follow the planned route due to unfavorable weather conditions. Guest safety is always the highest priority, and all operators in Dubai are required to comply with safety guidelines and instructions issued by the relevant tourism authorities. The tour itself was completed successfully; however, a portion of the intended route could not be covered because of these circumstances. There were more than 40 guests on board, and no other complaints were received regarding this issue, as it was caused by weather conditions beyond anyone’s control. We kindly request that you reconsider posting a negative review, as it may affect future guests’ perception of our brand despite the situation arising from safety-related factors. We genuinely value our guests and work hard to provide the best possible experience. We recently went on a Desert Safari tour on a sharing basis, and it was truly one of the highlights of our Dubai trip!
