- Il tour include trasferimenti dai punti di incontro nella zona centrale di Rovaniemi, zona di Ounasvaara, Arctic Treehouse Hotel, Invisable Forest Lodge e Villaggio di Babbo Natale. Se alloggi in un Airbnb o simili, ti comunicheremo il punto di incontro più vicino. - Tutti gli orari di prelievo sono soggetti a una differenza di 15 minuti a seconda degli altri partecipanti che partecipano ai tour. I clienti dovranno attendere il ritiro presso il punto di incontro comunicato da Wild Nordic. Se il cliente non comprende nessuna delle istruzioni, Wild Nordic si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione del cliente in base a problemi di sicurezza e necessità di comunicare in inglese durante qualsiasi situazione di emergenza.
- Tutti i tempi di raccolta sono soggetti a una differenza di 15 minuti a seconda degli altri partecipanti che si uniscono ai tour. I clienti devono attendere il loro prelievo nell'area della reception dell'hotel (o in un'altra area notificata da Wild Nordic)
- Non verrà effettuato alcun rimborso dei tour se il cliente perde i servizi di ritiro a causa della mancata attesa nell'area di ritiro designata. Wild Nordic ha il diritto di addebitare spese ragionevoli derivanti da tale trascuratezza per seguire il programma.
- Il conducente di una motoslitta deve avere almeno 18 anni ed essere in possesso di una patente di guida B (auto) valida.
- La patente di guida deve essere valida nei paesi dell'UE. I clienti devono portare la patente di guida valida per partecipare alla guida in motoslitta. La patente di guida deve essere fisicamente presente e scritta a lettere romane. Nessuna versione elettronica consentita.
- Il conducente della motoslitta è responsabile per eventuali danni causati alla motoslitta. Questo importo di autorischio è forfettario di 900 EUR per conducente/motoslitta/caso di incidente, senza eccezioni o riguardo all'entità del danno. Se il cliente acquista un'assicurazione da Wild Nordic per EUR20 (soggetta a modifiche come consigliato da Wild Nordic), la responsabilità massima del cliente sarà ridotta a EUR200 a persona.
- I safari in motoslitta e husky non sono adatti alle donne in gravidanza a causa delle vibrazioni dovute a piste irregolari e alla presenza di fumi di scarico delle motoslitte.
- I clienti sono fortemente incoraggiati ad acquistare un'assicurazione di viaggio personale (che copre l'assicurazione per le attività a cui partecipare);
- Se un cliente soffre di malattie o disabilità (come malattie cardiache, asma, diabete, epilessia, problemi alla schiena o all'anca) che potrebbero influire sulla sua capacità di prendere parte alle attività o che è incinta, deve partecipare alle attività consultare esperti medici in merito alla sua idoneità a partecipare alle attività. Il cliente deve riconoscere di partecipare alle attività da offrire nei Servizi a proprio rischio e pericolo nel caso in cui soffra di tale malattia, disabilità o gravidanza.
- Se un cliente si sta riprendendo da qualsiasi malattia o dagli effetti del consumo di alcol e / o droghe o ha recentemente avuto gravi malattie o interventi chirurgici, Wild Nordic si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione del cliente in base a problemi di sicurezza.
- Wild Nordic non sarà responsabile per gli oggetti di valore dei clienti lasciati nell'area pubblica durante la partecipazione alle attività.
- Le motoslitte hanno 2 posti e tutti gli adulti condivideranno le motoslitte a meno che non siano prenotate come guidatori singoli
- I bambini saranno seduti su una slitta trainata dalla motoslitta della guida

Matt was our guide and he was Amazing! In fact the entire team were fantastic. We did the family snowmobile tour with our 6 year old Autistic twin boys. The entire team were more than helpful and created such a magical experience for my entire family. Cant thank you enough.
It was a simply incredible experience and we all enjoyed it very much. The children were thrilled that they were allowed to drive the snowmobiles themselves for an even longer period of time and even got a driving license. Thanks again for the wonderful moments!
As a family of five (19 yo, 17 yo and 8 yo) we had a great time. Our guide Manon was super friendly and fun. She took good care of the whole group (total of eight persons). Our youngest was in a sled with the guide by herself and had a good time as well. Afterwards Manon made a fire for us, we booked the family friendly tour, so we enjoyed warm drinks, marshmallows and sausages by the fire. Our youngest was able to drive the mini scooter herself at that time which was supercool. She even got a mini-driver license at the end which she will cherish forever probably :-) The surroundings were amazing, truly magical.
It was a very nice trip. We made two stops in the middle of the forest. We were able to take photos and admire nature during the stops. In the end, the children could ride the snowmobile. And of course there was also a sausage. A very successful day.
Good experience driving snowmobiles. Something to do if you visit Rovaniemi. Young children go on a sled with the guide. Then they have a circuit with mini snowmobiles where they can drive in a safe environment and always with the supervision of a guide. They include clothes and a small sausage peck. Also, it is located next to Santas Claus Village, so we refused transportation back to the city and walked after the activity and linked two visits the same day. It's a five-minute walk.
They offer you everything you need for the tour, guide you and are very patient to explain Guides have the best deal especially with children

We had an amazing time with Damianos our guide! We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5 years old) on a private tour. The whole team were lovely from the moment we were picked up. The guide takes the kids in a covered sleigh whilst we were behind following the guide. We stopped in the forest and took some pictures. Damianos was very kind and we had lots of fun with him. The kids were able to ride the kids snow mobile at the end. A very memorable day for us all. Thank you for a great experience!!!

I did several excursions with different companies and certainly the best was Wild Nordic. The treatment of Bethlehem and Federico was spectacular, they did their best to give us an unforgettable time. They are very well organized and certainly know how to treat the customer. Great experience with Wild Nordic and Marcos as a guide!!!! We are a family of 4 adults and 4 kids and we all spent a great afternoon with the snowmobiles. After 1 hour driving through the forest, the kids had the chance to ride their own mini-snowmobiles: they loved it!!!!! Marcos prepared some sausages in the fire and he created a great atmosphere. Thanks Marcos for a great experience!!!!!!!
