La nostra guida ci aiuterà a individuare alcuni di questi animali mentre navighiamo lungo il fiume alla ricerca del nostro obiettivo principale: i coccodrilli, c'è un'importante popolazione di questi giganti che vive su questo fiume. Ti immergerai in un ecosistema speciale: The Dry Gallery Forest, con giganteschi kapok, fichi, caucciù e alberi costieri che ospitano molte specie di animali come scimmie, pipistrelli, lucertole, uccelli, iguane e altro ancora. Questo viaggio è una combinazione di incredibile tranquillità e un po' di avventura quando attraversi alcune rapide di classe 1 o 2 molto sicure, un ottimo modo per goderti i tuoi giorni di vacanza a Guanacaste. Galleggiando per circa 2 ore su una zattera, lungo il fiume Corobicí o Tenorio (a seconda del livello dell'acqua), ti immergerai in un ecosistema speciale: The Dry Gallery Forest, con giganteschi kapok, fichi, gomma e alberi del litorale che ospita molte specie di animali come scimmie, pipistrelli, lucertole, uccelli, iguane e altro ancora. Dopo il safari galleggiante, il tour prosegue fino alla cascata di Llanos de Cortés, a cui si accede scendendo un sentiero con circa 74 gradini. Questa bellissima cascata, circondata dalla foresta tropicale, offre un ambiente piacevole per godersi una nuotata rinfrescante o semplicemente rilassarsi in un paesaggio tranquillo pieno di vegetazione e suoni naturali.

We had such a great guide and driver. They were very nice and taught us so much about the culture and history of the area. I felt safe and very respected. They had snacks, water, drinks for us too. Loved the tour and our guide, plus driver!

Stevenson our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Adrian our driver was safe and courteous. We were up with close bats, crocodiles ,egrets, lizards, howler monkeys and osprey. Our Captain Alberth (Colon) was super at guiding through the rapids and calm river and providing up close photo ops. We were served delicious local pineapple and beverages after our tour. We had a tasty lunch at Rincon Coribici Restaurant. Wonderful food, excellent service and a beautiful view!
This was easily my favorite excursion of our trip! We used it as a break between our drive from Arenal to Tamarindo. Norman was our driver and was so kind and personable! Our float guides, Jose and Josef (father/son duo), were so knowledgeable and fun to talk to while we were floating down the river! It was so nice and the food after was delicious!
Very enjoyable trip was amazing rafting down the river with the guide showing us all the wildlife saw lots of Birds, Lizards and Crocodiles. Very easy conditions for children and really well looked after by the guide. Had a fantastic lunch overlooking the river and a trip to the waterfall on the way back. Had the tour to ourselves.
What an amazing experience! Our guide was so incredibly knowledgeable and told us so much about Costa Rica, la fortunate and mostly about nature! We got to see howler monkeys, capuchins, bats, sloths, birds and much more! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see animals in their natural habitat! You will not be disappointed!
It was a tour through cruse ship, Royal Princess. We were taken to the stating point and restaurant. where we had brief orientation. We were 6 plus our guide and pilot on a zodiac boat. There were about 8 such boats launched with us. It was very clam slow flowing river at this time of the year. (March 2019)
