We would like to clarify that you booked the Moonlight & Stargazing Safari (evening departure around 18:30), which is a night drive close to victoria Falls . This experience is very different from our Vulture Culture tour, which takes place around midday and focuses specifically on vulture feeding and conservation. We did contact you prior to the activity to reconfirm the booking details. As we offer several different safari options, each clearly described with timing and focus, it’s important these align with what guests are looking for. Regarding your comment about other tours: we do not have any record of additional bookings under your name that did not take place. We take such claims seriously and always aim to resolve any issues promptly and transparently.
