La Shai Hills Resource Reserve è il santuario della fauna selvatica più vicino ad Accra. Osserva babbuini, uccelli, farfalle, antilopi, struzzi, zebre e caverne di pipistrelli. Sono disponibili percorsi escursionistici e stradali di varia lunghezza, nonché arrampicate su roccia. Bellissima vista sulle pianure di Accra dalla cima delle colline. ci sono quasi dozzine di specie animali primarie tra cui struzzi, antilopi, pipistrelli, uccelli (come il Turaco viola, il Pigliamosche del paradiso, il Bucero dal becco rosso, il Campanellino frontegialla e la Poiana dal collo rosso), babbuini, gatti, duiker, faraone, kob, scimmie verdi, varani e zebre....durante le escursioni ne incontri alcuni..
Una visita a questa pianta ti insegnerà come gli occhiali si trasformano in deliziose perle che adornano il nostro corpo. Guarda come i bicchieri vengono ridotti in polvere fine e posti in uno stampo di argilla. Esamina come viene cotto bruciando i chicchi di palma tritati a una temperatura incredibilmente elevata per ottenere il risultato richiesto. Rimarrai sorpreso dalla facilità con cui viene utilizzata la tecnologia tradizionale per generare una temperatura di circa 600°C dai semi di palma. Great experience with an awesome guide who took special care of us throughout the day. Daniel, our guide, was funny, kind, and on it with the picture taking. The tour is nicely paced and really covers a lot of terrain. The mountains are just beautiful. If you’re staying Accra, definitely worth it to get out and see other landscapes here in Ghana. Would 100% return
