Fase 1: Il tour inizia sulla costa orientale dell'isola, con le sue magnifiche spiagge di sabbia nera e i famosi spot per il surf! Durante il percorso sono previste soste di 5-10 minuti per foto, informazioni da parte della guida, ecc.
FASE 2: Scoprite Tahiti da un punto di vista unico! Il tour inizia lungo la costa orientale dell'isola, con le sue magnifiche spiagge di sabbia nera e i famosi spot per il surf, prima di entrare nel cuore della valle di Papenoo, la più grande di Tahiti. Questa immersione nel cuore della natura lussureggiante dell'isola vi darà l'opportunità di scoprirne l'essenza in modo autentico e unico. Il tour include commenti e soste in diversi siti di rilievo, offrendo scenari mozzafiato fino alla Caldera, un cratere vulcanico spento che ha dato origine a Tahiti Nui. Rimarrete stupiti dalle maestose cascate, dalle montagne verdeggianti, dalla vegetazione lussureggiante e dalla flora e fauna locali. La guida condividerà con voi affascinanti storie di miti e leggende, di marae e del ricco patrimonio storico e culturale dell'isola.
FASE 3: Dopo aver percorso metà dell'isola e aver raggiunto la Caldera, l'escursione prosegue con la visita all'autentico villaggio di Fare Hape, un luogo ricco di storia dove si potrà scoprire la vita tradizionale degli abitanti di Tahiti (marae, fare, forno tahitiano, ecc.). Prima di partire, vi consigliamo vivamente di portare con voi un panino o uno snack per il pranzo. A tal fine, ci fermeremo in un supermercato dove potrete acquistare tutto ciò che vi serve. Il pranzo sarà consumato in un ambiente autentico e pittoresco nel villaggio di Fare Hape, dove potrete godervi una meritata pausa. Si consiglia inoltre di portare con sé una o più bottiglie d'acqua, in modo da rimanere ben idratati durante l'escursione. Una piccola sorpresa vi attende mentre vi immergete nella cultura polinesiana per un momento di convivialità e condivisione.
FASE 4: L'avventura continua con una sosta al tunnel che collega le coste est e ovest e che offre una vista spettacolare su Vaihiria, l'unico lago naturale d'alta quota di Tahiti. Attraverserete quindi l'intera isola prima di tornare al punto di partenza.

This adventure was a highlight of our trip to French Polynesia! Our family (parents and adult children) had a blast! The ride was so much fun, adventurous, and scenic beyond belief. We’d highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Tahiti!

FANTASTIC! Our guide, Leonie, is the owner of the business and she personally made the trip most memorable. She is passionate about Tahiti and went to great lengths to share her knowledge and love for the country and its beautiful nature. Our group of five guests felt like we won the lottery in getting Leonie as our guide! We just arrived in Tahiti to enjoy the water and the beaches, but taking this journey to the mountainous interior was spectacular, and we would highly recommend!
This excursion allows you to discover the interior of Tahiti Nui from north to south. You cross the island passing through the volcano's caldera. The landscapes are spectacular: the river, the waterfalls, the vegetation, and the mountains. The guide is very professional and friendly, and a formidable driver, because not just anyone can drive on that road. It crosses valleys and goes down and up steep paths. In the middle of the tour there is a very pretty village and you can swim in the river that runs next to it.
This tour was such a special experience! Léonie is a warm, caring, insightful guide with an abundance of knowledge on the history, culture and lore of Tahiti. The trip is beautiful, climbing high through the Papenoo valley in a Safari style truck with panoramic views at every stop. We learnt so much about the history and techniques of ancient and modern Tahitian Culture. Each stop had new stories and it's clear that Léonie has a passion for sharing Tahiti. It's also clear that Léonie has a passion for sharing kindness! She gave amazing recommendations for future experiences (which we highly enjoyed!) and she answered every question that we could come up with. Make sure to book in ahead of time as this tour is very popular for a reason, and you definitely don't want to miss it!
This was a really good excursion. We saw a lot of really cool things and learned a ton about the culture too. The owner of the company, Leonie drove us around. She took care to spend time sharing her culture with us. We had a fantastic time.

Great day with breathtaking landscapes. Tahiti mountain side, a must-do. Thanks to our guide who shared his knowledge of Tahitian flora, he told us the history of Tahiti, its culture, its gods, its archipelagos and their discovery by great navigators, etc...
Manual was an excellent guide and driver. He really helped us learn about the indigenous plants and medicines and culture. He shared his history which was fascinating how far back he can trace. The road is insanely bumpy so be warned. We stopped at a restaurant for lunch which was nice but if you are a vegetarian you may want to bring your own
