The baths were very pleasant and enjoyable, especially the one on the roof with the view of the Danube. It was a Sunday, but it wasn’t overcrowded.restaurant fo
Unfortunately, our visit to the spa was a disappointing experience. The facility felt disorganized and extremely overcrowded. Even though we purchased the VIP experience, it did not feel special or premium in any way. Upon arrival, we were directed to a general changing room shared with many other guests. It was crowded and chaotic, which immediately took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing visit. The spa itself also felt somewhat faded and poorly managed. There were very few signs or directions, and it was difficult to figure out where things were or what services were available. Overall, the entire experience felt uncoordinated and far from relaxing. The only positive aspect was the restaurant, which actually served decent food. However, for roughly $215 USD for two people, the experience simply wasn’t worth the price. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it.
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunatelly, Rudas Bath is a really liked attraction that is why many people buys ticket mostly at Weekends. We always suggest to come during weekdays, as all service is the same but less people. We, at the restaurant, we do our outmost to give you nice meal and experience, but as all over the world, tourists attractions are fully booked, and we cannot do to much about it. Thanks for your understanding!
Was lovely day out the only bad thing was the service at the bistro it was very slow 2 hours to get 3 course and it was very quiet so after asking multiple times was told the kitchen staff we’re slow
Very average. We booked the VIP package and it was very far from that experience. No towels or robes provided. No lockers available as they had already given them away so we had to pay more money to get a very small, cramped room as a locker. The Spa itself is nice but there are so many hidden rules they do not advertise anywhere until you are already in there. The staff are rude and incompetent, it’s a good thing you are in a Spa as you’ll be needing to relax after dealing with them. There is nothing of the experience which makes it VIP in the slightest - if you’re going to go please just buy the regular package and there is nothing you will miss out on. The restaurant was shocking, horrible food and very poor service. They give you the choice for a few drinks and then half of what they offered you isn’t even available. The rooftop spa is a joke, there must be 100 people trying to cram in there at points with no management of the chaos at all.
Well organised arrived at 11:00 as advised and was promptly greeted by member of Bistro staff who clearly advised how the baths and meal deal would work . After reading reviews of rude staff at Baths we were a little concerned but we found everyone helpful and polite . Had a great day and would recommend. Food at Bistro was also excellent. Thank you
The turkish bath is very cool built on n the 1500’s…although a sulphur smell is a little overpowering …the panorama rooftop jot tub also very cool.
Great deal! My friends and I loved the three course meal, and the inclusion of full day access to the spa was perfect!
Thank u Julia for your nice comment! Hope to see you next time :)
Me and my partner had a lovely time at the Rudas Bath and the three course meal we had Rudas bistro was brilliant the staff and food was brilliant. I would definitely take up this offer. With friends or your other half.
5 star experience. Not too busy when we went food was fantastic but 3 courses was a bit hard to eat as portions were generous. Staff were very attentive and professsional. Plenty of staff at wellbeing centre too
Waiting in line for 30 mins to get the tickets for the spa when it was possible just to buy them directly from the counter. The staff from the Bistro were very friendly and tried to compensate but it's not worth it. Just walk-in and go to the bistro later if you wish to.
