Watching the city lights from the cruise was the highlight for me. Boarding took a little time because many people arrived together. Once the boat left, the atmosphere became much calmer.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Royal Princess River Cruise! From the moment we boarded, the staff made us feel so welcome with their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our evening special, especially by celebrating our friend's birthday with us, creating memories we'll always cherish. The cruise itself was beautiful, with stunning views along the river and a lovely atmosphere throughout the evening. The food exceeded our expectations it was completely halal, offered an excellent variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
This travel agency has a connection with viator.com. I’m placing my review here so that other travelers can be worn by the discrimination that I received for an entire year I arrived in Thailand last September 2023 I booked a cruise for my last day in Thailand, as I went to Indonesia, there was heavy rains and my driver could not even see the road. I contacted the cruise company 2 1/2 hours prior to departure of the cruise to just ask them. Do they still operate the cruise while raining? Nobody responded. I was not able to go to I contacted them on WhatsApp like the instruction says in my violator booking their profile says the name of the travel company and I had the correct business contact there was decided to respond to me the next day stating that I cannot get my money back because Cancellations are only allowed 24 hours prior, but I had a credit for one year and I could book my cruise again within a year no problem because I planned on being back in Thailand I contacted them this nine days before the expiration of my travel credit and they ignored me for four days. They read my messages on WhatsApp Blue check For four days I contacted viator.com and they sent two emails and May calls. The number they had on file was disconnected or is it all agents are busy? I kept texting Tour saying why are you reading my messages not responding why are you being unprofessional like what’s your problem, they just ignored it. Just keep reading the messages and ignoring them email.com granting me my refund that should’ve got last year September 4, 2024 almost later the company has been reading my messages on WhatsApp response with this Due to your booking already refunded, you cannot keep credit to change the date. Thank you. I am so sick of this discrimination against foreigners and Thailand after living here for a year it’s something that is very consistent. Being a black solo traveler is very hard and itself, but the fact that this person read my messages a year ago ignored me a year ago. and then they read my message this year and ignored me again and then sent me that stupid message and still left me without using the cruise is insane to me. Aren’t travel agencies in business of making money. Why is a person so rude ignoring my messages and it’s a business that they’re running. This is called discrimination practices. It’s simple as that it happens all the time in Thailand against foreigners and is a lot of things that we faced here I hired a virtual assistant to make all my reservations in my bookings for me to avoid confrontations like this, this is unacceptable behavior when I spend more money and one month than they make in a year, I can’t stand being treated like this when I did nothing to provoke anybody to do this to me the fact that you discriminate against foreigners in this country and the fact that I’m black, very verysensitively.
Not as described. Much shorter, we didn’t see what it is described on the site, we only saw Grand Palace and Wat Arun under daylight and we left 30’ later than we were told.

The food was awesome - the quantities and quality was great . The entertainment was awesome. The lady MC was so live and great. It was worth the money and given a chance I will surely go back. The trip took less than the expected two hours though 😀
This is one of the popular Tourist activities in Bangkok. I wasn't able to book the most popular ones so chose this brand and the sunset timing due to other scheduled activities. The dinner tour is probably better. It was a great experience overall. Decent food. Entertaining. Beautiful views.
Easy to get a ticket, good value for money, ok food, but the selection could be better. We were unable to sail past several points of interest as the river had risen too much, making it impossible for us to go under one of the bridges. Not anyone's fault, it happens. We got free beer so that was good. Very enthusiastic singer!
Warm evening in Bangkok, going to Asiatique amusement area and starting point for many river cruises. Our was Royal Princess Cruise, at 19:30 pm. A bit chaotique entering the boat it smooth enough climbing to to deck. Seating done at the ticket office, and seats were defined. Extensive buffet with all kinds, including sushi. Also live music. Cruising up-river, passing under a number of bridges, the upper one, the oldest, very low and could touch the steel bars on the under side. But the cruise itself was fantastic with extensively lit buildings and bridges on both sides. Breath taking beautiful. Nice wind, nice temp, no need for sweater.
