Degusterete due tipi di vino con abbinamenti gastronomici tra cui pecorino romano e formaggio Barolo, aceto balsamico invecchiato 30 anni, tartufo e altro ancora. L’esperienza si svolge in un ristorante localmente amato situato nel centro di Roma, in trastevere. The food was delicious, the wine kept flowing, and the experience of trying different foods and learning about the food/wine and regions they came from was so enjoyable. Sylvia did an exceptional job sharing knowledge and making each person feel valued and included in the experience, even my younger daughter. This tour made us want to do a food tour every city we go to, even back home. I will do this tour again if I visit Rome again.
