We had a wonderful walking food tour with Vincenzo! He was an amazing guide with incredible knowledge of the food and wine we were being served. Everything we tried was more delicious than the next. He was attentive to the group's needs as well, which was important. I would highly recommend!
Best food tour I've ever been on. Michael was a great guide and the food tasting was amazing. They aren't lying about the free flowing wine either. A must do while in Rome!
The experiance and information Michael gave us was so great!!! The stops were perfect.. I would say the stop at the family deli was the best!! It would have been nice to have a seating area as we enjoyed the offerings. But the tour was one of the top 3 for us.
This tour definitely exceeded all my expectations and was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rome! We had a wonderful guide, Michael, who made the whole experience truly special. Although I’ve spent quite a lot of time in Italy and have already learned a fair bit about Italian food, traditions, and customs, this tour still managed to surprise me and teach me plenty of new things. One of the absolute highlights was visiting Bonci — he really is a pizza superstar! And, of course, the incredibly charming family-run Panciotti Salumeria was another true gem. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. It’s genuinely one of the best and most enjoyable ways to discover Rome and experience the incredible world of Italian food culture!
Vincenzo was my guide nearly 2 months ago and I completely forgot to review! Super personable guy with great recommendations. Very fun experience and everybody should tour with Vincenzo!!!
ABSOLUTELY loved this tour! Michael was great! Full of knowledge, funny and very personable! The places we experienced were excellent and the staff was great! Especially Luca at IL Segreto, and his brother “The Shark”…loved them both 🤣😂. Highly recommend this tour and Michael!
I very rarely comment on the internet, but you absolutely must start your trip to Rome with this activity. This activity allows you to raise your culinary expectations and no longer drop below a certain standard, or at least to know where the best places to eat are and which products are worth it. Vincenzo was a remarkable, friendly, professional, and courteous host. It’s a must-do activity!
My husband and I have done many food tours around the world and this was one of the very best. Tina was an absolute delight. She was so funny, kind and knowledgeable. Everything we ate was delicious and we left feeling more than satiated. The trip to the enoteca was particularly wonderful and special. I can’t recommend this enough. If you want to have a very memorable and lovely time please do this tour.
This was an amazing food tour! Literally everything we had was delicious - even things I don’t normally gravitate to. Also they are generous on the wine and Prosecco which was delicious as well. Michael, our guide, was phenonenal. He was knowledgeable, conversational, and so down to earth. Our group was also fantastic people. Sign up for this, you won’t regret it.
Tina was a great guide and each stop was well planned. It was nice to be off the tourist path and experience a different part of the city. Our favorite stop was the Paciotti Salumeria. Chances are that we would not had found ourselves in any of the places Tina had scheduled for our tour but going to any one of these on their own would be recommended.
