AJ was a great guide and really helpful with our kids 8 and 11!

Thanks AJ for an amazing tour, the kids were enthralled and we all had an amazing time, everything from booking to pick up and the tour itself were great
AJ was absolutely fantastic! We took the Rome Catacombs for Kids tour today, and the second she introduced herself, she made an instant connection with our 8-year-old daughter. AJ was so much fun to be around and truly made our family's afternoon.
AJ was an amazing guide!! My daughter adored her - AJ made sure to focus on engaging with her and explaining things in a kid-friendly way. We received an interactive kids workbook, which was great. Having the private tour was also fantastic as we could go at our own pace, and being picked up directly from our hotel was a huge plus. Thank you, AJ and LivTours! 🫶
Brando was incredible…highly recommended!
Brando was so patient and wonderful with the children!
Tiffany was, by an immense country mile, the best guide we had during our family trip to Italy. For context, we are a family of five, which includes three boys ages 21, 17, and 14. My boys have different interest levels in terms of Roman / Vatican history; two are curious-adjacent. One is interested. Our other three tour guides brought an immense amount of knowledge to the experience. What they did not bring, in my personal view (and I apologize if this seems unfair) is an expert, next-level ability to connect with their clients and to meet them where they are at in terms of knowledge and interest. And lacking this super power, they certainly did not have the additional super power ability to alter content and references and conversational dynamic to meet those individually-specific needs. Tiffany did all of these exceptionally (pile on other superlatives) well. Perhaps a few parents might appreciate this: This was the only tour that my 14-year-old son asked questions. And he asked a lot of them. This was the only tour where he offered his thoughts. Tiffany created and gave him the space and dynamic to do that. Less abstractly: Tiffany is a superb communicator. She reads her audience exceedingly well. I saw her process a question and, for a span of about 3 seconds, reformulate the answer she started giving so that it was more in sync with the actual question (this is obviously my interpretation of what she did). She has an informal, wry, humorous, and disarming style that she uses to communicate an immense amount of information; or to shorten or align the information so that it becomes interesting to her clients. She is very, very good at her job. P.S. She gave us a recommendation for a restaurant close to our drop-off spot; even calling them to make sure they had room. When we arrived, it was a tiny traditional trattoria down a narrow flight of stairs. The place was, as noted, tiny—so much so that we were back to back with other patrons. When we first arrived, the table wasn’t ready, so we had to stand on the sidewalk waiting. They brought us out bread, wine and Aperol spritzs (plural) while we waited. Why do I mention this? It was the best pasta we’ve had on our entire trip. And being a larger group with young adults in tow, I would not have tried this place—probably not even with a recommendation from a normal guide. But after our experience with Tiffany, we were all fully willing to trust her recommendation. And it was so, so good. Thank you, Tiffany!!!
Loved our tour with Brando!!!
