Out of our control to an extent , but we got half (25 minutes) of a couples massage and didn’t get reimbursed because our other masseuse couldn’t make it. Hot tub was overfilled with waters so once we entered the tub , it poured all over the floor everywhere in the room. We spent more time cleaning then enjoying the environment. Not very private either once you reach the spa. Facilities were nice but, Had over 20+ people sharing the same facilities as you are supposed to have access to privately. Wouldn’t go back again for a spa day there ever again. Sucks cause I was really looking forward to it curving my whole visit of the island .

The first time we went, it was excellent... That's why we go back to the Second Time. But this time fatal.... From the receptionist's treatment by phone and when we arrived, very unfriendly unkind. I forgot my glasses in the couples massage part when I returned 5 minutes the glasses were gone. It just disappeared... We left 20 euros for the Towels when we left, the reception gives it to you but my partner is sitting waiting for me and she just told me that I already had 20 euros delivered to him, and it wasn't. I thought it was bad and not reliable at all. Let you know we're not tourists, we live here in Palma. We will never return

Beautiful setting, a very warm, attentive and professional welcome. The massages were perfect. The treatment too and the access to the spa really relaxing. Thank you to the entire Wellness Mallorca team! We highly recommend Adriana and Lorena. Looking forward to coming back 😍

More like a massage. Natalya ta Adriana is a masseuse. Hot tub, everything tidied up that romantic atmosphere. The reception gift is zuccherki. The spa is great. Recommend for romantic fun for betting, yak for a long time ❤️

The spa was a very pleasant experience but really the best of the place are Raquel and Mirka their treatment is unmatched and their massages were excellent, an experience that I will definitely repeat again♡

The experience overall was very relaxing. The spa was very nice to use, and the massage was fun to have with my wife by my side. The masseuses both were kind and professional. The private jacuzzi with my wife afterward with the cava was a very nice touch to the entire experience.
