Our experience at Rome Cooking Club was extraordinary and ended up becoming much more than a cooking class. From the moment we started, we participated actively in the whole process: ingredients prepared in front of us, making the dough, techniques to work it correctly, and, finally, the most fun moment, creating our own pizza with the ingredients we wanted. 🍕🇮🇹 One of the things we liked the most was precisely that: you don't just come here to observe. You cook. The explanations make everything simple and entertaining, even if you have no prior experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and allows you to enjoy every stage before finishing by sharing and tasting what you prepared with your own hands. After visiting monuments, museums, and squares during a trip to Rome, doing an activity like this offers a completely different way to approach Italy: through its cuisine and its gastronomic traditions. We would recommend it for couples as well as families, groups of friends, or simply for any traveler who wants to incorporate something different into their itinerary. And perhaps that is the best part of the experience: when the trip ends, the photographs stay on your phone, but what you learned here you can prepare again at home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fun, delicious, and absolutely recommended experience in Rome. We had a wonderful evening with Riccardo - we took our 9 year old daughter and he was super engaging with her as well as all the adults. Flawless English, and taught that class in both Italian and English side by side. Would definitely go back, and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The class was excellent. I make pizza at home but this class is on another level! The explanations about the flour and how all the ingredients work together are incredibly interesting and there is science behind it. The sauces for the topping were delicious. The difference between Roman and Neapolitan pizza is enormous, i am so glad I took the class. I will never make another “everything on it” pizza. Simplicity lets you taste the subtle flavors. Amazing learning experience and really fun!!

Ricardo was an amazing host. My husband and I had a fantastic experience. He was engaging and pleasant to cook with. He was informative and hands on in the instructions to do the cooking. He used all fresh ingredients and the pizza making process was as good as the flavor of the pizza. We highly recommend the Rome Cooking Club. As much as I was excited for this experience when we booked it a year ago, my husband was skeptical and couldn't believe I wanted to go to Rome for a cooking class. I can share that he might have enjoyed it more than me. Thanks Ricardo for an awesome time.
The class was wonderful! Riccardo and Leo were incredible - so engaging, personable and charming. And the pizza…..absolutely amazing!!! Everything about the experience was fantastic! I would do it again in a heartbeat - highly recommend it!
