Roma: Musei Vaticani e Cappella Sistina Fun Tour

Thanks so much!

Your support means the world to us! Thank you for booking with Not Boring Tours and for sharing your positive experience. We look forward to creating more unforgettable memories with you in the future.

First, our Vatican Museum tours operate with a maximum group size of up to 20 participants. Nowhere in our official listing for this product is a limit of 12 people stated. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or confusion with information from another source or product description. We want to be very clear that this is not part of our tour offering, and we consider this claim to be inaccurate and potentially misleading for future customers reviewing your comment. Second, regarding timing and delays, we understand your concern. However, access and flow inside the Vatican Museums are not entirely within our control. On certain days, entry times can be delayed due to Vatican-managed scheduling, crowd control, or internal operational factors. While we always do our best to manage schedules and communicate any changes promptly, there are circumstances where delays are unavoidable. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Finally, with regard to the guiding style and tone, this is something we are very mindful of. Different guests have different expectations: some prefer a lighter, more humorous approach, while others prefer a more detailed and historically focused experience. Our guides aim to strike a balanced approach that works for a broad audience, combining accurate historical information with an engaging delivery. We recognise that this balance will not always suit every individual preference, but it is the standard we aim for across all our tours.

Thank you so much! We are incredibly grateful for your review and for your trust. It was a real pleasure showing you around and we hope your trip to Italy was everything you dreamed of.

We’re really sorry about the long wait to get into the museum — we know how frustrating that can be, especially when you’ve arrived on time and ready to start. Sometimes the entry lines and security checks are out of our hands, but we completely understand it can take away from the experience. We’ll definitely speak with the guide to make sure future tours get going more smoothly. Thanks so much for sharing your feedback — it really helps us do better.
