Make sure you get a QR code and not a bar code. And make sure the ticket has the bus line on it. My day was totally ruined by not being able to see the city as I wanted to being it was my first time in Rome.
Since Rome is very crowded with tourists, it is impossible to get a seat at some bus stops of the Hopp on Off buses once you have gotten off. We were on the Greenline bus (incl. orange and blue) and therefore stayed for a lap when we once had a seat. The audio guide is often difficult to understand when sitting upstairs, as the traffic noise is high and there are always announcements about the next stops.

Stops are hard to find when trying to get back in the bus. I wish there were more stops . Bus was comfortable

Our tickets were not acknowledged by the tour staff but fortunately they were accommodating since we had our luggage in tow. The buses were hot and did not have a place to store any items so we couldn't ride on top.
Do not purchase this tour- this voucher is a scam. I bought two tickets and the bus operator told me they were not valid and could not be used. I tried to get a refund from Viator and my request was denied it. Viator said I needed to prove that the bus operator wouldn't use my ticket.
Great way to visit Rome and see all the sites. The buses were plenty full and the audio narration great.

A bus station was not where all other sightseeing busses are. We had to walk around the entire Train station Termini to find it and then bus guide took us another kilometer to get a bus on another place. The whole experience with only 8 stops was not worth the price
Great way to see the city of milano. Buses are punctual and comfortable. The personal are helpful . Definitely would do it again.

Enjoyed seeing the sites that I saw. Would have enjoyed knowing where the sites were in relation to the bus stops. I was under the impression that the bus would take us to the sites and not the bus route that all buses use. Just because someone says they speak English does not mean that their English is understood.
Used this bus tour to familiarise ourselves with Rome on our first day there.The commentary was very useful and gave us lots of information.It was the green bus we used as I think it was more frequent.
