La nostra ambizione è quella di offrire una combinazione perfetta di un tour seduto-passeggiato, dove puoi assaggiare una varietà di cibo gastronomico e di strada, sempre abbinato al vino, e comprendere la forte cultura legata a ogni cibo e luogo. Ti sentirai un vero romano durante questa esperienza unica attraverso Campo de Fiori e Trastevere, sorprendendo il tuo appetito e le tue papille gustative con oltre 20 cibi e degustazioni di vino. Inizieremo a Campo de Fiori con una tradizionale drogheria di famiglia, con una selezione (10+) di salumi e formaggi /o, un ristorante iconico e i suoi aneddoti, avremo la sua specialità, il baccalà fritto! Entrambi sempre abbinati al vino! Attraversando il fiume Tevere, ci sposteremo a Trastevere, dove proveremo un'icona dello street food, il Supplì! Per continuare, avrai la possibilità di mangiare 2 delle migliori paste nell'osteria tradizionale per poi visitare il "Re della Porchetta", per assaggiare il suo famoso arrosto di maiale, abbinato a birra fresca. Concluderemo con il miglior gelato artigianale e biologico di Trastevere.

Gustate il croccante filetto di nasello impanato con vino locale in uno storico ristorante romano specializzato in street food locale.
Durante la nostra piacevole passeggiata di 1,5 km (che è perfetta sia per la digestione che per conoscere la zona) attraverseremo il fiume Tevere, godendo di una fantastica vista sulla Basilica di San Pietro.
Qui mangeremo un Suppli al telefono, che è una merenda romana, fritta! Non potrai rinunciare durante il tuo soggiorno a Roma! Vedrai!
Ci sediamo in un'osteria di Trastever per assaggiare 2 magiche paste al sugo fatte in casa come Amatriciana e Cacio & pepe, abbinate al vino! ne approfitteremo per condividere usi e costumi della cucina romana rispetto al resto d'Italia, e la storia di questa famosa combinazione romana!
È tempo di visitare Piero, meglio conosciuto come il “Re della Porchetta”! Andremo nella sua macelleria per assaggiare il suo famoso maiale arrosto, abbinato a birra fresca!

Annamaria was highly knowledgeable and the food was extremely tasty. There was always a vegetarian option available.
Anna Maria was fantastic. We had a great time, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable, adding info not just about the food but also about the history of Rome. We ate great and went on some beautiful walks of the city. Highly recommend.

Michael was a superb guide who not only knew all the history, but engaged with us all regarding where we’re from, sharing experiences and stories together, as well as educating us on key points of information! Overall, we wouldn’t have gotten a better guide than him, he was amazing

Michele was an excellent guide for our food tour! We tried 6 different foods and 3 beverages along with water. Michele was so friendly and informative, not only sharing history of Rome and Italy but also info about food and his own favorites. We thought this would be a tour with up to 10 others but it ended up being just my boyfriend, me and our tour guide which was a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend this to everyone visiting Rome!
Ilaria was so incredible gracious. We walked into this expecting to be blown away by the food, which we were. What we did not expect was to be blown away by the Roman people and the stories that Ilaria shared with us as we walked. I would highly recommend this tour as a thing to do early in your trip so you know where the locals eat!
AnaMaria was an excellent guide, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, gave great history of the area and food history. Her local connections made us feel like we were in on the secrets to the city. The restaurant s and Gelato were phenomenal food, and paired greatly with local wines, beers, and water fountains in the city. We all highly recommend taking this tour. You will walk a lot, but she has spaced out the food and the rest times, bring your appetite the food says its bites, but we found the portions very generous. The weather was beautiful a light breeze, and it was so special to be with family.
