This is a a very bad trip which never happened and Viator has decided not to refund. I requested 2 hrs before if the tour can be cancelled or changed as I was down with cold. Vítor declined the same and as my family is ready to do the tour and waiting at lobby, no tour operator ever contacted and we kept on reaching Viator. Finally when Viator gave the direct contact of the operator, The tour guy told that Viator has cancelled the tour and the tour guy was highly unprofessional and was under influence. Me along with my family had a waste of time between the trips dealing with all these. When I reported the same to Viator, they told sorry but we can’t do anything. I would not recommend Viator. There are more professional operators

At that point, the driver had already been assigned and was at your hotel, waiting for 30 minutes. Additionally, we did not receive a request to change the start time. Seeing the riverfront, keyhole, night lights at the colosseum, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Guide was personable but unprepared.

We throughly enjoyed our night tour with Georgia!! He was so informative and took us to beautiful out of the way places we would never have thought to go. Rome is a beautiful city but the lights at night add their own special magic! We highly recommend this toir!

We took the Rome by Night private tour on the very first evening we were in Rome. This was the perfect way to get acquainted with the sites and must-see attractions in the privacy of your own car with your own driver/tour guide. Plus you get to see these amazing sites at night, illuminated and without the hassle of daytime crowds. Seeing the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Castel Angelo, Vatican and so many more at night was truly memorable. And we had plenty of time to take pictures. We were not rushed at all. Highly recommend this tour!!

Patrick was an excellent tour guide. I had hurt my knee on our trip and could not get around. However using a private driver with lots of knowledge of the city is a big advantage. Loved that he took us out to the Appian Way Road. Totally recommend!
