Inizia la tua esperienza con un bicchiere di prosecco mentre entri nella nostra cucina completamente attrezzata. Sotto la guida di uno chef Italiano, impara a fare un classico Aperol Spritz utilizzando strumenti professionali, con alternative analcoliche disponibili per bambini e non bevitori. Preparate poi i tradizionali maccheroni del Sud Italiano - simili ai maccheroni a gomito americani - e finite creando l'amato tiramisù. Ogni partecipante realizzerà la propria pasta e tiramisù individuale. Infine, gustate le vostre creazioni durante un pasto servito con bevande e caffè - al chiuso o all'aperto - e ottenere un certificato di partecipazione. Situato a pochi passi da Ponte Milvio - una delle zone centrali di Roma - il quartiere offre anche l'accesso al panoramico lungotevere, perfetto per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta. We learned to make pasta ourselves. The chefs could even speak German. Very relaxed and exciting experience.

I participated in the cooking class and am absolutely thrilled. The program featured three absolute classics of Italian cuisine: fresh tagliatelle, a hearty lasagna, and a heavenly tiramisu. The course was excellently prepared – all ingredients were ready, the workstations were perfectly set up, and the process was optimally structured. Despite the many steps involved in making pasta and preparing the tiramisu, everything went smoothly and without any rush. I was particularly impressed by how well everything was explained. The course was held in German and was extremely easy to understand, so even beginners could follow along without any problems and take home valuable tips. The evening was incredibly fun, the atmosphere in the group was great, and the homemade food at the end was simply delicious. I can recommend this course to anyone who loves Italian cuisine and wants to spend a successful evening!
