Trekking fluviale alla cascata di Andros

our guides were fantastic, very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful to people in our group who needed some assistance climbing etc. it was more physically demanding than expected, at one point we were climbing almost vertical walls, but with the guides help everyone managed well. the waterfall was stunning, and the freezing water was welcome after the long journey. i highly recommend this tour, its a great way to get in amongst the nature of greece.

Hiking next to the Achla river, a little bit climbing and adventurous. At the end we artived at a waterfall were we could swim. The most exciting was jumping into the water from a height of 3 metres or more. GREAT! The guide (who also drove us to the starting point) is also fantastic! I recommend everyone to have this trip ❤️

First a drive along passable and impassable roads where Bill gives all kinds of interesting information about the area, then the walk along the river to the waterfall. What an idyllic setting, really a beautiful experience. You walk very sheltered from the sun, walking shoes recommended. At the end you can swim, so take some stuff with you! Definitely do if you are on Andros!

We had a wonderful relaxed and peaceful tour. Bill was absolutely awesome- he was very knowledgeable and told us lots about the surrounding area as well as the historical castles, churches etc. The trek itself was nice and easy for the most part, with only a few parts where you have to climb over rocks. It’s gorgeous scenery all around and the waterfall and lake were breathtaking. It was amazing to be in the water as it was so clear and although cold, you get used to it. An amazing natural wonder! We usually like to find our own way but we were told it’s best to go with a guide and it is definitely worth booking the tour as the path is not clear and you could get lost multiple times in a short space of time. The walk itself is only around 30 minutes from where you park to the waterfall itself, so it’s definitely something you can do even if you’re not avid hikers. All in all this whole tour was great and was made exceptional by the guide Bill. He brought along water and snacks for us, made sure that we were ok and happy and comfortable throughout. We highly recommend this tour and you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed this walk through the beautiful nature of Andros. The opportunity to swim at the waterfall was lovely. Bill took good care of us and it gave us a lot of information about Andros during the transport from hotel to the walk. It was a super fun morning! The walk is fine to do, you don't have to be a practiced hiker. A little fitness is useful.

We where so gratefull to have Argiris as a guide to this nice family adventure. He looked over us very carefully and he shared informations about what mother nature had to showed us during this hike. My son is 10 years old and i think its ok for kids over 9 years old to do this. Thank you ! We love it !

My tour with Argie was fantastic He is so passionate about nature and loves the outdoors . It was the best part of my trip to Andros Island, for certain.

Corina was a fabulous guide , very informative pointing out fauna and flora as we trekked. She led at a pace that was easily manageable for our group of 4 , informing us of foot and hand placement on more difficult areas. The highlight was reaching the waterfall and swimming in the crystal clear water . Thank you Corina for making it the most memorable trip during our amazing stay in Andros .

It was an amazing hike! She picked us up at a local shop and gave us a lot of information during the tour about Tinos en Greece. The hike is duable in the warmer months, there is a lot of shadow in the forest. You have enough time to swim and dive at the waterfall. The water is lovely on a hot day! Really recommend it!

Very nice hike in the forest and swimming in a natural pool under a waterfall. Our guides were very nice and friendly. I recommend this activity for all those who will visit the island of Andros.
