I took this tour and I had an amazing time. My train in from Cairo arrived late and made me pressed for time on my tour before I had to catch my boat. My guide Hany and driver Eslam were AMAZING getting me to the places I wanted to see. I was worried I wouldn’t have time to see the sites and they made sure to get me all the places I wanted to go, as well as being great company. I would highly recommend this tour!

As my first time traveling solo. This experience has been amazing. But Shaimaa Baheeg made it even more special. Being able to take pictures when traveling solo has been hard. She helped me take beautiful pictures of the temples. She even use her own phone to make even better pictures. I highly recommend her for any Luxor East & West visits you will do.

*Pre covid* On this tour we had Mona. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. She was so friendly, personable, funny and knowledgable. We literally felt like we were visiting a friend abroad and not assigned a guide. Mona was able to teach us about the history about the Temples, as well as the culture of Luxor. The trip was so well organized so we never had to worry about what to expect or if we had to rush to make anything. Generally, everything was scheduled so that you were able to visit most of the sites when it wasn't too crowded, which was great for pictures. We felt like we had enough time to explore the sites on our own and shop if we chose to after Mona talked about them and explained their history. It was honestly so unbelievable to be able to learn so much about the sites we only read about in textbooks. Thank you Egypt Gift Tours & Mona!

When our cruise landed in Luxor, our guide Mona was there to collect us. From there she took us to our hot air balloon ride and retrieved us from our landing spot. Mona took us on our tour Luxor’s east and west banks. We had so much fun in Luxor!! Mina took us to see the valley of the Kings, which is where the tombs are located. We went inside many of the tombs to see the beautiful hieroglyphics decorating the walls and ceilings. We were amazed to see that the colors were so bright and vivid. Mona explained that they’d been indoors and with nothing to disturb them, they had remained. We then toured the rest of the east bank and then had lunch. Mona took us to Karnak temple and Luxor temple. After explaining what we would be seeing and showing us some significant items, she gave us some time to explore on our own. Mona always had an umbrella with her so that she could raise it and we could find her more easily. It was a very helpful touch, since it was very busy at each place that we visited. Mona was a great guide, very knowledgeable and helpful, and a kind person. We will keep in touch with her. My advice - do these tours and ask for Mona!

Luxor offers so much that unless you have an excellent tour guide it would be too much to comprehend. We were lucky that Mona was our Tour guide. She met us downstairs at the hotel lobby right on schedule and took us first to the Valley of the Kings. On the way over she gave us a lot of history facts and described what we were going to see. Of course we had done our research but Mona is an expert on Egypt and gave us detailed information that otherwise we would have not had. Once in the Valley of the Kings she took us to three marvelous tombs . She pointed out the Egyptian hieroglyphs representative of each King and later on let us roam on our own each tomb to just take in and admire. We love picture taking so this was great. Our visit continued to the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, followed by a delicious lunch on a rooftop restaurant with commanding views of the Nile River. In the latter part of the afternoon we were taken to both Karnak and Luxor temples. No wonder she left these two for last. They were stunning specially at dusk! We recommend Mona‘s expertise and professionalism to anyone looking to have a memorable visit to Luxor. Look no further, she is the best!

We did a tour of Luxor including attractions like Valley of the Kings, Karnak temple, Luxor temple, Hatshepsut temple and more. Hatem was our guide on this tour and we were really lucky to have him as he made our trip really enjoyable. We were impressed with the depth of his knowledge and he explained the history of each site beautifully. We are a little bit of history buffs including our 10 year old, who is fascinated with ancient Egypt and was full of questions. Hatem answered each and every question patiently. What impressed me most was that he didn't just give the run of the mill answers but explained the background and context behind the historical events. His communication skills were really great as well. We ended up making a friend for life! Would highly recommend Hatem.

We visited the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor and the Karnak and Luxor temples on the East Bank with our guide Mona. Mona’s English was impeccable and she was super friendly. She answered all of our questions and shared her vast knowledge of Luxor. At the Valley of the Kings we visited three tombs. The tombs were so cool because the colors had been preserved inside each tomb. There were elaborate paintings covering almost every surface of the inside of each tomb. Then Mona took us to lunch on the East bank of Luxor. After lunch we began the tour of the East bank temples, Karnak temple and Luxor temple. Karnak temple was enormous. Mona walked us through and told us all about the hyroglyphics and about the purpose of each of the large statues. She gave us some time to roam around on our own and take pictures. We visited Luxor temple after sunset. Mona chose to show it to us at night because of how beautiful it looks all lit up in the evening. After Luxor temple we were dropped at our hotel, where Mona accompanied us inside and helped us to check in. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Luxor. Ask for Mona - she is a great guide and so easy to interact with.

We contacted Heba and her team to organize a visit to the main sites of Luxor. They provided unvaluable information while preparing the tour. At the end, we ended having a two day itenrary to visit the main sites of the East and West bank. Our guide, Mona, gave us very valuable information about all the temples and tombs. This was very important tu us, because it is very difficult to understand all the meaning and backgorund of the sites without a professional egyptologist guide like Mona. The transfers between hotel and the sites was very professional too. In conclusion, we would definetely recommend Mona and Heba for organizing any trip to Luxor and around Luxor.

I do a lot of international travel photography and I'm not the easiest person to guide because I like to go to places very few other people go. But I must say that Heba prepared a very thorough itinerary for me in four cities, and the best guide of all was Mona. I was with her throughout Aswan and Luxor, and she was the perfect person for me. Her English is outstanding, and she has a terrific personality. She's full of enthusiasm and knowledge, and always went out of her way to help me accomplish my goals. Our driver Alaa in Aswan was also very helpful in arranging to ship everything I bought while there, and Islam in Luxor was also great. I highly recommend contacting Heba for any type of trip to Egypt that you want.
