Itinerario
il viaggio inizia alle 8:30 o alle 12:30 TEMPO STANDARD DI MONTAGNA nel nostro negozio nel centro di Riggins. Dopo l'incontro presso il nostro negozio guideremo per cinque minuti al momento del ritiro dove il gruppo riceverà l'equipaggiamento per il viaggio, compresi i PFD per tutti, i paraspruzzi e i caschi come richiesto o richiesto. Dopo che tutti saranno stati attrezzati, il gruppo riceverà un accurato orientamento per bambini, assicurandoti di avere tutte le informazioni necessarie per avere successo durante la giornata sul fiume. Applica la protezione solare ed è tempo di iniziare a galleggiare. Il viaggio di mezza giornata inizia con un po 'di acqua bianca più dolce, dando a tutti la possibilità di mettersi sotto i piedi prima che il gruppo si muova nelle rapide più grandi del Time Zone Bridge. Qui avrai il tuo primo assaggio della grande acqua bianca e dei grandi brividi che arriveranno per tutto il resto del viaggio. Un'altra grande velocità dietro l'angolo porta a un po 'di tempo per rilassarsi, galleggiare e nuotare. Qualche volta a valle e il gruppo si fermerà per uno spuntino veloce, qualche salto di roccia e forse anche un po 'di nuoto prima di risalire sulle barche per affrontare le rapide più grandi a valle. Dopo un certo numero di rapide determinate a far pompare l'adrenalina, arriviamo agli appartamenti finali sopra il takeout. Questa è una grande opportunità per saltare nel fiume nel tuo PFD e galleggiare lungo le pareti del canyon, schizzare i bambini e riflettere sull'incredibile tempo che hai trascorso galleggiando sul possente fiume Salmon. Mentre il gruppo si avvicina al take-away e al furgone in attesa, le guide impacchettano rapidamente tutta l'attrezzatura ed è nel furgone per un giro di 10 minuti fino alla macchina in attesa e alla conclusione del viaggio
Qui termina la parte fluttuante del viaggio. Qui il gruppo carica un furgone e ritorna nel nostro negozio.

I called and worked with Lisa who was wonderful and made the booking process a breeze. Then she was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Our guide, Kiwi, was funny, personable, and sweet. We really had a great experience all around.
My family did the half day Salmon River Rafting Trip and we had the best time. Our guide Kiwi was amazing. He had great knowledge of the river and made the experience even better. The rapids were awesome and we will for sure book again. Best family fun!

Took our 8 year old granddaughter on a week long adventure! 1/2 day Rafting on the Snake was definitely a highlight. Our guide ORyan from Orange Torpedo was AWESOME!
Yellow Torpedo Inc was terrific. A very professional organization from check-in to completion. Everyone we met were positive and energetic. Max, our raft guide, was terrific. He interacted at appropriate points with information and rafting instructions approaching the different rapids. He did not over-talk or engage in any overly personal guest discussions/questions. He made sure each group in the boat was getting the river experience they wanted.
The ½ day trip took us through some class 1 and 2 rapids and some very exciting Class 3. When we got to the Fields rapid, there were some huge waves and I was knocked out of the raft. I floated down the river until that rapid ended and our guide, Tristan, easily got me back in the raft. We were the only guests on this afternoon trip and we were very thankful that the Company did not cancel our reservation but provided us with an excellent time on the water. It was a wonderful day of fun - crashing, splashing, hooting and hollering through the exciting rapids of the Salmon River.
