Raggiungi il primo momento clou di questo pomeriggio nello splendido castello medievale di Laufen: le possenti cascate del Reno! Goditi circa un'ora di tempo libero alle più grandi cascate d'Europa e una delle principali attrazioni turistiche della Svizzera! Goditi viste uniche dall'ascensore panoramico e guarda come una media di 700'000 litri d'acqua al secondo si tuffano nel bacino sottostante attraverso una larghezza di 150 metri. Il sentiero panoramico del Belvedere ti porta alla piattaforma panoramica proprio sopra le cascate, dove senti il fragore delle acque. Fai un giro in barca facoltativo (solo in estate, costi aggiuntivi) vicino alle cascate. Goditi un'ora qui per vedere una mostra, ammirare le viste panoramiche dall'ascensore di vetro o camminare verso i punti panoramici sopra e intorno alle cascate per emozionarti per il loro ruggito e la loro potenza. Continua via Schaffhausen con la sua famosa fortezza Munot e attraversa la bellissima campagna fino alla città medievale di Stein am Rhein. Durante una passeggiata guidata, impari a conoscere il centro storico ben conservato con i suoi numerosi edifici caratteristici. La maggior parte di queste case a graticcio sono in pietra con delicate finestre in legno e stupiscono i visitatori con i loro affreschi eccezionali. La più prominente di queste case è l'Aquila Bianca, il cui affresco è considerato il più antico dipinto murale del Rinascimento in Svizzera conservato.

This tour was perfect for the afternoon of our arrival day after 17+ hours of travel. Easy to find pickup spot. Bus ride to beautiful location. Information and boat tickets provided on tour. Half day allowed us time to get back have dinner and begin our adjustment to the current time zone.
Very Informative and the falls we're impressive. Our guide was very good in describing the points of interest.
We were going to do this trip on our own but my husbands back went out so we booked this tour thinking it would be easier on him. It was a fabulous afternoon. Our guide, Stephan, gave some historical info. Coach bus was great. Plenty of time to see the falls and the time allotted for Stein am Rhein was great. We stopped at a wine cafe and the hostess was fantastic. Really a lovely afternoon and we were so greatful that Viator offered this tour as we were not able to do it on our own.

Everything about our trip was just fantastic. Our tour Guide, Thomas, one could make out, had lots of passion about the various sites observed even during the drive and his commentary was spot on. Mr. Thomas you were very good... Keep it up
This tour is not worth your money. First off, even paying $100+ per person doesn’t even include everything. You have to pay extra money for a boat ride at the falls. Second, our guide was at least 75 years old and was extremely slow at explaining things and “guiding us.” We ended up just guiding ourselves to see more. Our guide also said to get to the boat ride at the falls was “a FEW STEPS”, there was about 250+ STEEP steps to get down to the water. If you have limited mobility, you will not be able to make it. Thankfully we were mobile but “a few steps” was extremely misleading, it was a complete uphill hike to get back up. Another downer was there were 3 people in our tour who didn’t care about the return time at the falls and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them while they were sitting directly in front of the bus eating and drinking a beer. Our guide was so old that he couldn’t find them and we sat and waited. Which meant we got 20 minutes less in Stein am Rhein which sucked. Once there, we ditched our guide and walked the paths ourselves. We felt like we paid $200+ for a bus ride. You can easily take the train to the falls for much cheaper. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
Victoria was a wonderful guide and very friendly. We enjoyed the boat ride and falls tour as well as the walking tour of the medieval town.
Right amount of time. Not rushed. Able to see everything expected with time to do your own exploring.
The tour of this Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein was very good. Although, a lot of time is spent on the motor coach going from each place. I would recommend this tour.
Loved seeing the beautiful Rhine Fall and the castle around it. The village of Stein at Rhine ‘Stein am Rhine’ was lovely. Highly recommend it.
