I read the reviews of this excursion and had way higher expectations. The tour guide James was great at explaining everything, but we did not see hardly any Marine life besides small fish. No coral or anything extraordinary. There was also a group of swimmers with us paddle boarders and they were not strong swimmers so we had to cut the event short. It was not worth $115 per person. We could have done this on our own for way cheaper.
Sorry for your frustration. I wish we could control the marine life and see everything possible with every tour we do but it's unfortunately not the way it works with nature and the ocean itself. If it were up to us we'd have calm flat water all day with 100% water clarity with rays, dolphins, and turtles everywhere. Some days that happens and some days it doesn't. As far as the other group of swimmers, we really try to accommodate everyone on the tours and sometimes some people just aren't as experienced as others. If you decide to come again and do snorkeling with us we will give you a half off discount.
Jane the tour guide was awesome! But the experience itself was a little disappointing. Based on the reviews I thought we’d see more marine life. We only saw a few tiny fish, no coral or anything else. We were also with a group of swimmers and we were on paddle boards. The swimmers weren’t that strong so the excursion had to be cut short. I had higher expectations for this experience. This was something we could have done on our own for way cheaper.
Great guide. Ken was easy going and looked out for the group. It was a great experience for those who had no prior snorkeling experience.

This experience was a blast it exceeded all my expectations!!! James was the best tour guides he pointed out anything and everything so we could know what color fish we could be seeing! We even saw a sting ray which was really cool!

Such a great experience with James! This was probably my top favorite snorkeling experience by far. The water was so calm when we went out and it really made it enjoyable being able to take our time and see everything at the reef. I also liked the small group as many have 15-20 people and it makes it less personable. Seriously worth it and I recommend the snorkel trip to anyone spending time in Fort Lauderdale!

We had a great time! The meeting point was easy to find and we got out onto the water quickly. We saw reef sharks and stingrays and the whole family enjoyed it

Kent was wonderful and extremely patient. I couldn’t have been the easiest customer he’s ever dealt with due to me psyching myself out in the beginning but he was so kind and was not pushy at all. He didn’t rush the experience for us and he made sure to stay close to the group. Very nice experience!

Kent was an experienced and wonderful guide! Communication before, during, and after (when we had left some items with him, accidentally) was prompt and curteous. We joined another person who was scared of swimming, and Kent handled the situation with terrific support and calm. He was laid back and let us explore, but offered helpful tips. We found Kent to be honest and not pushy. Equipment (boards, life jackets, and snorkel masks) were in excellent/new condition. Definitely reccomend this experience to anyone wishing to snorkle in Ft. Lauderdale!

James was great!!!! Attentive and educational. Made us feel comfortable and would do it again! We were able to see sharks, stingrays and a bunch of other cool fish.
