Itinerario

Thank you for your feedback back see you soon on your next adventure
This tour was a good sample of all that there is to see and do in and around Las Vegas. That way you can plan excursions for future visits. Luis was a pleasure to ride with and his knowledge of the area was an added bonus to the tour.
Thank you for your feedback See you soon on your next adventure
Anthony, our tour host, was excellent. He was accommodating and very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to safely and effectively navigate the tour spots and provide good information.
Not the best experience for the price. Our driver Luis, was very friendly, but was late to pick up and we were the first of four pick ups. The van is maxed at 10 passengers, and there were 10 of us were squeezed into it. We only spent about half the time (or less) at each advertised stop, which was disappointing as we definitely could’ve spent more than the 30 minutes we were given at Nelson. We spent a good amount of time at the gas station while Luis fueled up and brought water and ice for the cooler - but that at least gave us all a chance to grab something to eat since we were told we would not have time to shop or eat at Boulder City. We can be pretty flexible, but eating in the gas station parking lot was not on our agenda. The Hoover Dam stop was viewed from a scenic parking stop, there definitely was no option to walk across the bridge as advertised, as we were not even near the access to it. There were some good points to the trip, Red Rock Canyon was beautiful, and Luis guided us to other vantage points and assisted everyone with photos, but all in all, it was a disappointing experience.
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points. According to our records, you were actually the second pickup, not the first. The slight delay at your pickup was caused by the first pickup taking longer than expected, which can occasionally happen despite our best efforts to stay on schedule. The vehicle used that day was a 15-passenger van, not a 10-passenger van, which means there were four seats available and the vehicle was operating within its intended capacity. We spoke with other guests on the same trip, and the feedback we received from them was positive. In addition, all of our vehicles are equipped with GPS systems that record the route, timing, speed, and stops throughout the day. We reviewed the trip data, and everything was completed within our normal operating schedule. Regarding Hoover Dam, our itinerary does not advertise walking all the way across the bridge. Our stop includes walking to approximately the middle of the Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, which provides beautiful panoramic views of the Hoover Dam before returning to the vehicle. ( the middle of the bridge for safety reasons) We appreciate your comments regarding the time spent at each stop and the fuel stop. We continuously review guest feedback to improve the experience for future travelers. Thank you again for traveling with us, and we wish you all the best.
Our guide, Luis, was wonderful. Knowledgeable and offered to take pictures. There was only 11 in our group, everyone was friendly and on time. Red Rock and Lake Mead were just beautiful! The Hoover Dam was a site to see!
