La tua esperienza inizia al Ruzafa Market, un gioiello del quartiere dove la gente del posto fa acquisti di ingredienti freschi, lontano dalla folla del Central Market. Poi, unisciti al nostro laboratorio per piccoli gruppi per padroneggiare i segreti : raggiungere il socarrat perfetto (la pregiata crosta di riso croccante), utilizzare riso Albufera dei campi di Valencia e bilanciare lo zafferano come un Professionista. Mentre la tua paella cuoce, goditi un laboratorio di produzione di sangria e assaggia le tapas tradizionali. Incredible experience. We got way more than we expected. Besides the Paella we enjoyed tapas, sangria, great conversation and some history. We worked as teams to create our paellas traditional (Valencian), seafood and vegetarian. It was a great experience to all eat what we created together. Please book this experience, you'll thank me later.
