Nicolai was a great driver and full of wonderful conversation - thank you!
Efficient way to travel from Ravenna port to Venice. Our driver met us at the cruise terminal and took us directly to the water taxi pick up location, where our water taxi was already expecting us. We had a nice boat ride directly to our hotel pier. Fantastic service and a stress-free way to get to Venice from Ravenna.

Francisco demonstrated outstanding customer service, very flexible, and assured us on our transfer all the way to the boat, taking us to our rental apartment. One of my sons was not feeling well and we had to pull over a few times. Francisco was not frustrated or upset and even stopped for us at a pharmacy to get some motion sickness medicine. Couldn't have asked for more on this transfer service.

Our driver from Ravenna's Cruise Port to our water taxi was excellent and extremely helpful. I'd hoped that our water taxi would have dropped us closer to our apartment like our water taxi did on our departure.

Amazing experience! The grand canal was closed during our transfer and they scheduled a porter to transport our luggage to the hotel. Very helpful and the driver was very kind.
