Corso di cucina Ramen e Gyoza a Osaka

We had such a lovely experience, we really enjoyed ourselves and came away feeling like we had learnt a lot. Looking forward to putting our skills into practice at home.

This was an amazing experience, learning to cook Ramen and Gyoza then eating it, Risa was so good with her instruction and made it so easy to do, she was friendly and very enthusiastic and also very knowledgable, I highly recommend doing this experience, and it’s great value as you get a great meal (as long as you cook it good haha) we loved it

Such a fun cooking class. You learn to make the ramen noodles and gyoza dough from scratch. He gives you simple instructions and makes it incredibly easy to do. The ramen and gyoza ended up tasting amazing. Highly recommend this cooking class! Great instructor.

The staff was terrific, we learned great cooking techniques and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

This was great. We mainly focused on noodle and dough making which is what I wanted. Not much was spent on broth, so don’t think this is a broth making class. I learned quite a few good techniques for making ramen noodles that I am excited to try at home.

A big thank you to Fumi and Risa, thanks to whom we had an excellent time while preparing and enjoying a delicious lunch! The organization was perfect, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We left with our stomachs well filled, with the recipes and magnificent photos that Fumi took care to take and send to us. A truly great experience that we recommend without hesitation!

Had a fabulous time with Risa instructing us on how to make Ramen with fresh noodles and 2 types of Goyza. So much fun making noodles. Tasted delicious. Don’t have much to eat prior to the class.

Our chef was fantastic, very personable and did his best to answer all my random questions the best he could.

A great time out. Laughter, conversation and learning. If you love to try new things in a comfortable and fun way this is the place to go!

This was more technically informative than I expected and it was a great time. I left knowing how to make ramen from scratch and had a great time learning it. The teacher was fantastic and the environment was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
