The guide was excellent. Very informative. However there are not too many locations or history you can learn from this as there is not much points in history in this town. This walking tour will give a small overview, that is it .
Andrew was well-informed, kind and very entertaining! He is well-versed in the history of Raleigh. Despite there only being 2 of us on the tour, Andrew gave it his all and provided a great walking tour of Raleigh!

Andrew is an expert on everything about Raleigh and made the information very interesting. I enjoyed the stories and the architecture a lot. It was a very worthwhile tour. Arrive early to arrange parking.
This was our first time in Raleigh. We did our walking tour with Andrew N. He was wonderful. He was clear, obviously knowledgeable and answered our questions. This is not a long tour but seemed just about right for what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend.
Guide was excellent with thorough knowledge of Raleigh history. He spoke clearly and loud enough for our group of 12 to hear. Walk was at a pace for all to make.
We live in the area but it was great to learn so much about how Raleigh came to be! We’ve been in downtown many times previously, and have walked right by these historical buildings. Andrew was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and personable. We are going to seek him out for other tours. It was an hour well spent and we highly recommend!
A lot of walking, The picture of Pink house gave me the idea of a tour of historic homes, not the outside of historic buildings. Guide was very knowledgeable. I will not be recommending this tour.
Hello, Sorry to hear that the tour did not align with your expectations. Is this your first walking tour? Events entitled "walking tours" are exclusively outdoor, on foot events that involve walking between multiple sites. They rarely if ever involve interior tours of houses in any capacity, much less for the entire tour. I could understand your confusion if we called this, say, the "Raleigh Historic Homes tour" or "Raleigh Old Houses Tour." I would also understand if we featured images of the interior of a house anywhere in our marketing how that could lead to confusion, hence why we don't do that. Given that we are a company called "Triangle Walking Tours", which offers an event called "Downtown Walking Tour", I don't understand how we could possibly further clarify the nature of the event.
Andrew our guide was very knowledgeable. It was very warm the day we walked so one hour time was sufficient
