Very informative and educational. We learned so much about the cave formations and the creatures that occupy it. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided interesting detail throughout the tour. All the staff were super friendly.
This was a nice tour of the caves. Compared to ruby falls it was much shorter and smaller. And less commercial feel. Small group and much more interactive. Our 9 and 12 yr old really enjoyed it. It felt like a true cave experience.
Easy and fun cave tour. Really neat to see the formations and fossils. Highly recommend for beginners and people who like caverns but are afraid of heights and small spaces.
Our Girl Scout Troop had Lilith for our tour guide. She was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, yet made it fun for the girls. The entire experience was definitely worth it!! We highly recommend taking a tour of the caverns with Lilith!!!
Our guide was super kid friendly. My son has autism and she was holding his hand in no time, something he just doesn't do with everyone. The cave was nice as well.
We took this tour today and our tour guide was absolutely wonderful. Her name was Cassandra. We felt very relaxed with her. She was funny and a great guide. The people treated us very kindly and the Office. We had a great day and enjoyed the tour thoroughly.
This was a fun, easy walk through a beautiful cave. Our guide was great. It was SO hot outside and this was a perfect activity for a hot summer day. The gift shop and check in was nice and easy. I think it would be beneficial for the business to upgrade the entrance to the cave. It appears that nothing has been done in many years and the entrance to this beautiful natural wonder is very dated and honestly pretty run down.

My family of 6 ( 4 kids ages 5-14) visited today and we loved it! Highly recommend! We have been to Ruby Falls a few times and wanted to see something new. This was perfect. Much less crowded and "touristy". Our guide Cory was great and very knowledgeable. We would definitely visit again!
