Booked the transportation last minute. My flight was delayed an hour and the company was still waiting for us at the airport. Santiago had a sign with my name and cold beverages waiting for us. Very friendly and safe ! Transport included both to and from airport to hotel. Definitely recommend.

You walk out and there are people with signs. None with our name. Walked back and forth but no luck. I had to connect to wifi then figure out how do make a call in Mexico. 45 minutes of no show. Finally got ahold of the operator and he put me on another shuttle. It was a nice Van. Upon return, nice lady met me at the hotel. Then put us is crappy stick shift car and I had to ride in the front seat so all 3 could fit. Just glad we made it out on time. This was not a VIP experience . $177 dollars down the drain.
We apologize for such drawback Mr Richard, our airport rep was stuck in traffic that day in particular. whenever you come back to PVR please let me know in order to provide you with two free tickets for the Rhythms of the night tour, super dinner and open bar included and of course a free ride to your hotel.
We have been traveling to PV for many years and until now found the airport cab etc. services frustrating. Our experience yesterday was very nice. Santiago found us and gave us beverages and directed to our car! The driver was extremely pleasant and professional. Will be using Viator going forward!

If you sign up for resort tour in the airport they provide your hotel Shuttle free. So didn't use it from airport. I don't know how to get return trip. So I didn't use it.
Oh my god. they are time share vendors, they mislead people and misrepresent the whole industry plus you have to spend the entire day at their resort trying to sell you a condo. A waste of time.
Santiago was a perfect greeter for our trip, kind, offered water and other refreshments. Managed our luggage Very streamlined
