Ci sono pochi posti al mondo come Punta Tombo, qui si libererà il contatto reale con i pinguini, passeggiando tra loro nel loro habitat. Punta Tombo Penguin Experience è il nostro tour più ricercato, e i pinguini sono qui da settembre ad aprile in ogni stagione. A seconda della disponibilità, i tour a Punta Tombo possono essere combinati con altre destinazioni emozionanti: Isla Escondida: Una spiaggia incontaminata dove passeggiare tra le foche elefante del sud. Trelew e Gaiman: Esplora l'affascinante Museo Paleontologico e goditi un'esperienza tradizionale del tè gallese. L'Area protetta di Punta Tombo è stata creata come tale nel 1979, ha un'estensione totale di 210 ettari e può essere visitata da settembre ad aprile. La costa è considerata un'area immateriale e durante il mese di febbraio la troveremo popolata da giovani che praticano il nuoto soprattutto nelle piccole vasche che la marea lascia durante la pensione. Lasciando Puerto Madryn, a sud, sulla Strada Nazionale n. 3, e dopo aver percorso circa 190 km su marciapiede e ghiaia, arriveremo a Punta Tombo, la più grande riserva continentale di pinguini di Magellano (Spheniscus magallanicus). Questo incredibile luogo ospita decine di migliaia di pinguini di Magellano, che ogni anno da settembre arrivano a nidificare e hanno i loro piccoli. Per osservare la fauna è importante rispettare i percorsi perfettamente tracciati per viaggiare.

What an amazing day! We were at the end of the season so pretty much had the penguin reserve to ourselves. Still hundreds of penguins getting ready to migrate. Also loved the tour of Gaiman, particularly the tea! Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, with impeccable English

My guide Daniel was completely fluent in English and was super informative and knowledgeable, I don't think I ever met a person that knows so much about penguins. The excursion was perfect, just me and another fellow. Afterwards Daniel took us to Gaiman to experience welsh culture which is popular in the area.
It's been a great experience. Being able to be so close to penguins has been great. Pier, the guide, a tenner. He explained everything very well and you can tell that he knows what he talks about, and that he likes what he does.
The experience was phenomenal, we saw several penguins, Pier our Guide explained quite well the tour and answered our doubts. Amazing!
Well worth the 2 1/2 hr van ride to see over 400,000 Megellanic penguins up very very close. We were so happy we booked with Shore Excursion Group rather than through the ship. Not only was it significantly cheaper, but we were in a van of 12 people that left long before the 6 full size buses from the ship. We arrived as the Rookery opened and got great up close pictures before the crowds arrived and were able to spend a full extra hour there. Our guide, Sol, used the transfer time to give us lots of information on Argentina
We had a wonderful day to Punto Tombo and Gaiman. Our guide Max was very knowledgeable about the first Welsh settlers, the history of the area and lots of historical facts and wildlife facts. We had an amazing time!
Very good tour, really the experience with the penguins is fantastic! Our guide Fabian, was very friendly and knew many interesting facts. Our son really enjoyed the whole trip, and we could see some elephant seals. Super rexomended
