The booking went flawlessly. Everything was as expected. Also the price was acceptable. Great day all around
Booking simple and fast. On-site service super friendly. Everything worked out....will definitely book again.
We were recommended an advance online ticket, as this allows you to board without long waiting. On-site, it looked quite different. Chaos, because no one knew where to go. After waiting in line, when it was our turn, we were told that we had to first exchange the online ticket at the booth and then go to another dock. So, wait in line at the booth again and then go to the other line. Thanks to the round-trip ticket, we thought it would be easier later. Not at all, an insane crowd and pushing, no one knows where to go (not even us).. Somehow it worked out after a long wait.. But now to the nice part: Once on board - on both ways - there was space, a beautiful ride, and a great view. For €15 round-trip from Punta Sabbione to Venice, absolutely recommended!
Very poor description; the hotel was not findable, the pier number was not visible, and at several counters, we had to ask which boat would pick us up.

Took the boat, two days in a row to visit Venice - Simplicity - Timeliness - Friendly staff.
The booking was easy and quick, the parking lot in front was huge, so there was enough space, and the trips back and forth were excellent. There was also a bit of swinging involved, which was very nice.
At the ferry entrance, groups are prioritized, and one has to wait with the children until the last moment to board, where there are hardly any seats left. Not recommended for families. Not recommended for families.

The outbound trip was great, quite efficient, but the return trip was a bit chaotic in the handling before departure.

It is best not to go on the weekend, as it is already quite crowded during the week. Otherwise, everything went smoothly with the crossing and also on-site.
Got the bus to punta Sabioni from lido de jeselo to catch the boat to venice. Bus fare is €3.50 p.p. each way. Buy ticket at the bus station or in a Tabacci shop. Boat fare to venice €19 pp return & seperate €10 pp venice tax, without the latter you cant board the ferry & its checked on arrival in venice.
