Don't book; These idi--* I mean people just take your money and waste your day. Their buggies don't have any safety features (for example a seatbelt). There horses are in bad shape the guide for the horse ride is pretty professional so I think he will leave the company soon. This is nothing less than animal abuse. Fantastic trip went with my sister. Got picked up on time. It is a long trip but a wonderful one. Highly recommended. Went with my sister from punta Cana. Food was nice too, Bacardi beach is beautiful. Whale watching was fun, waterfall was beautiful. Horseback riding was ok but fear of how the horses are as mine slipped as it rained midway so I was worried about my safety. Also no helmets. A tip, if you get sea sick, make sure you have medication beforehand as the catamaran ride is a bumpy one

Awesome trip! Carlos helped plan all of our excursions. We spent 7 days in punta cana. Carlos was very nice and suggested great places to eat. We even treated him out to eat. I definitely recommend his services and look forward to planning future trips with him!
