Itinerario
La giornata comincia con un prelievo privato dal vostro hotel o Alloggio alle 9:00 in una comoda auto con aria condizionata. Ciò garantisce un inizio fluido e senza stress, soprattutto per i visitatori alle prime armi. Dalle 9:15 alle 10:00, visiterai il Palazzo dell’Aga Khan, un punto di riferimento sereno legato alla lotta per la libertà dell’India. Qui esplorerai la sua architettura coloniale, i tranquilli giardini e i memoriali dedicati al Mahatma Gandhi e a sua moglie Kasturba Gandhi.
Successivamente, dalle 10:15 alle 11:00, entrerai nella grandiosità di Shaniwar Wada, un tempo sede dei potenti Peshwa. Anche se parzialmente in rovina, le sue porte, i cortili e le storie della storia Maratha ne fanno uno dei siti più iconici di Pune.
Dalle 11 : 15 alle 12 : 00 PM, ti dirigerai al Museo Raja Dinkar Kelkar, uno scrigno di oltre 20.000 manufatti. Questo museo compatto ma affascinante mette in mostra oggetti di uso quotidiano, arte e artigianato provenienti da tutta l'India, offrendo un'immersione culturale in un breve lasso di tempo.
Alle 12:15 è il momento di un sostanzioso pranzo maharashtriano thali, della durata di circa un’ora. Potrai gustare piatti tradizionali come puran poli, bhakri e sabzi, un'introduzione autentica ma sicura alla cucina locale.
Dopo pranzo, dalle 13:30 alle 14:00, visiterete il Tempio Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati, il più famoso santuario Ganesh di Pune. L'atmosfera vibrante e la devozione del tempio lo rendono un momento spirituale della giornata.
Dalle 14:15 alle 14:45, esplorerai Nana Wada e Vishrambaug Wada, eleganti dimore con cortili e facciate in legno che riflettono l'eredità Maratha di Pune e il fascino architettonico.
Il pomeriggio prosegue dalle 15:00 alle 16:00 con una passeggiata per i mercati di Tulsibaug e Laxmi Road. Questi vivaci bazar sono pieni di tessuti, gioielli, spezie e beni di uso quotidiano, offrendo una vivace fetta della vita locale di Pune.

We are so happy that we booked this tour - they were very accomodating of some changes we wanted to make to the itinerary, worked out perfectly. We had a great day exploring the cultural heritage of Pune with a wonderful guide Snehal and driver. She provided fascinating commentary & information throughout the day. The walk through the Tulsi Baug shopping market was great fun & all of the temples were fascinating. The visit to Aga Khan Palace & Ghandi exhibits really provided an historical perspective of the era. We were particularly glad that the company were able to pick us up from our hotel in Talegaon. Lunch at a Thali restaurant was a highlight.

This was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, the landmarks we visited and was also very friendly. Can highly recommend. The entire trip was well scheduled and fit nicely to within an 8 hour time window.

I had a visit of Aga Khan Palace at Pune. This is a historic place. Lot of freedom fighters stayed here during freedom movement. Mahatama Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi used to stay here for long time. Kasturba Gandhi died at this place.
