Fabulous Worth Every Penny Pick up from hotel and return exactly on time. Full 2 hours treatments Hammam, sugar scrub, black scrub then full massage. You have to completely strip paper shorts given sometimes you have to share hammam with other women or men it is not mixed it holds 4 people so not for the shy. Massage probably one of the best very professionally done. Cost £25 what a bargain would definitely recommend.

Experience could be absolutely great apart from just a few things: we wanted it to be lovely and romantic couple massage, at the place we found out that women and men must be separate so here we go. It started almost an hour later. Ladies doing peeling and all other sorts of rubbing in things into You are treating You more like a bag of potatoes than a sensual, lovely, relaxing treatment as I was expecting it to be... It was supposed to be 3 hours, including an hour of massage. Counting 50 min delay, it probably was 3 hours, but massage lasted not more than 30min. However, they will leave you for the first 10min to lay and "think of England" and will leave you for another 10min after to relax afterwards. I am not very fussy, so still managed to enjoy it. Just think would be good to be aware of how it looks like hence not 5 just 4.

Authentic Hamman and amazing massage. The staff are great and took great care of my partner and I. I can not recommend enough and will return.

We were taken to the hammam room on the top floor and was asked to lie down on a heated slab-like bed made of marble, poured us with warm water from a dipper and applied with a black cream then left us for a while. We waited excruciatingly while listening to the loud conversations of the 2 staff outside. Then they cam back and scrubbed us with exfoliating gloves for about 3 minutes and poured us with warm water and left us again. We ended up doing the scrubbing ourselves while waiting. My wife took the gloves and applied the black cream on me and did a thorough scrubbing. I did the same to her as well. I think we did a better job. When the 2 ladies came back, they poured more warm water on us and finally we were asked to vacate the room and waited outside. Finally, we were taken to the first floor for the massage. The massage itself is not good and took only 30 minutes rather than the 1 hour as promised. To add insult to injury, there’s a construction going on next door. The drilling and hammering made the whole experience bordering torture. .

Really enjoyed this experience. Felt really relaxed and welcome. My skin is very thankful. 2 hrs was just the right amount of time.

Massage was fine but not for 1 hour as was part of the program, it was of around 35-40 minutes. Lot of time wasted in Hamam, as there was single lady doing Hamam for 4 women at same time. So, can say overall it was not a good experience, not as per the expectations

We booked the hamman service advertised on viator at 10.30 am on Sunday 24th March for a 12.00 collection at our hotel. After waiting until 12.30 in the foyer I tried to call the number given, the number was dead. I asked hotel reception to try and with 3 attempts we conclude that this service page is either a scam or incompetent, neither of which anyone wants. I paid nearly £55 and have asked PayPal to claim back from viator, but 36 hrs have now passed with no success yet. On my WhatsApp I received a message at 1330 stating that the driver had called at our hotel but we were not there, then messages at 1430 and later. This will only have been in response to viator asking the 'service provider' if we received what we had booked for as I had lodged the complaint with PayPal at 12.45. The experience had taken half a day from our holiday, false phone number, no service address etc, only 5 reviews, learn from our mistake please. Avoid avoid avoid, only book through your hotel or through known agents please.

This was first time that my husband and I had experienced a Hammam and we were made to feel very relaxed. It was well organised and I would highly recommend
